Stated girlfriend's son pointed a gun at him and left. Caller wants to put a CTW on the son. Caller left the location on her way to Marathon Gas to buy cigarettes/caller was advised an officer will call her.

A named male is fighting with his father/all verbal at his time. SCPD officers – male is not being cooperative/at the location.

White van was swerving on and off road/heading toward Bayard.

States someone who rented their wood chipper damaged it. Deputy – request NMSP respond. NMSP called back advising there is no one to respond.

2-year CTWs issued to two named subjects.
Breaking and entering
S. Highway 90
States a named male was trying to break into a home/he has headed south toward the cemetery/there was another male with him/the house is caller's wife's uncle's/states they did make entry/unknown how/thinks they may have keys.
Disturbance
Chaparral Drive – Mimbres
Male on a four-wheeler came on the property and caller and male got into a fight/they separated/other male wrecked his four-wheeler/four-wheeler was on top of the male and caller went to help him and take the four-wheeler off him. Caller did state he threatened the male with a .45 to get off the property. Officer made contact with caller who advised he had a verbal confrontation with a named male.
Unwanted subject
Iron Drive
Caller advised a named male is there and will not leave/wants a CTW issued/caller's husband is outside with the male/male took off in a Dodge truck with a camper. Deputy – caller will call back if male shows back up.
Disturbance
Fahey Street – Bayard
Caller advised they can hear a male and female arguing about children/does not sound physical. Second caller advised she can hear kids outside/caller disconnected the line. Officer asked county for assistance. Deputy- clear.
Thursday, May 22
Suspicious activity
3200 N. Silver Street
Blonde stocky 16-year-old male wearing shorts. NMSP officer was contacted by a female who stated she saw this male walking through the creek with a holster/stating he is suspended. NMSP requests SCPD officer go over and ATL the area. GRMC Security called inquiring if SHS is on lockdown – advised one of the employees stated her daughter texted her that they are on lockdown for an unknown reason. Have not been notified by SHS of any sort of issue or requesting LE response. SCPD officer advised all city officers will be in area ATL for male.
Suspicious activity
Right next to U-Storage on Highway 180
Caller thinks someone is staying in her storage unit. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next month.
Unwanted subject
Little Walnut Road – 5:06 p.m.
40-50 people/wanting assistance having them leave/they are supposed to close at 7 p.m./negative on CTWs. Deputy – party left /everything is okay/maintenance man is here to close the gate.
