Caller from Kentucky hasn't talked to his mother in about a month/she isn't answering her phone. Deputy – contact/everything is okay/she will call her son.

Faith Road
Property for sale next to caller's house has homeless people living in it/someone removed the For Sale sign. Deputy found the camp/no one there at this time/will make contact with the caller/out with owner of the property/subject is (redacted) who has permission to be on the property by the owner which is the Chiricahua Apache National Foundation/subject also has documentation of this/caller was advised of info as well.

Accident-property damage
Bear Mountain Road
Hit and run a couple of weeks ago/caller advised the other party has been avoiding her. Deputy - spoke with (redacted) who stated an accident occurred on Oct. 26, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and the other driver agreed to exchange info after the crash.

Caller from Santa Fe advised daughter has been reported missing/last seen in the area of 320 Box Canyon Road/she was supposed to return to Santa Fe today/phone goes to VM. Deputy advised negative by the address provided/out by the camping area.

Confrontation with a neighbor.

Missing persons

A 30-year-old male texted his friend stating he was having a mental meltdown/friend is in Pinos Altos looking for him. FS LE has contact/DL valid-sex offender.

Unwanted subject
Mountain View Road
Deputies – at property owned by (redacted)/units out on foot/have contact with subject on Durango and 10th.

Criminal trespass
B Street – Hachita
Caller wants to talk to a deputy in ref to someone trespassing on his land/caller will call once he is home/he is now in Deming.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 @ VFW
Driving toward Silver at a high rate of speed/blew a stop sign/throwing things out of the vehicle. Deputy out with the vehicle at Silver Heights Chevron.

Fraud/embezzlement
Pheasant Drive
Caller's savings were withdrawn by a male she was speaking to on the phone/he told her he was with Microsoft and was fixing her computer/had also been harassing her for a nude photo. Deputy ran one DL.

Game and Fish
Black Mountain and McCauley roads
Injured deer that was hit by a dirt bike. Deputy – deer was able to scurry off/no damage to bike/no injuries.

Chalcopyrite Court
16-year-old grandson was drinking a bottle of vodka in the alley. Deputies on foot in the alleyway looking for contraband/units clear.

Accident-property damage
Copper Drive and Chalcopyrite Court
Possible accident/Copper and Chalcopyrite/two vehicles. Deputy – everything is okay/they are
pulling a vehicle back home/may be loud in case any calls come in.

Disturbance
S. Bear Creek Road
(Redacted) is trying to break caller's door/he is cussing and screaming/spit in his face/has left the
scene. Caller called back stating the male is back and will not leave.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

Unwanted subject
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Male on her porch/doesn't know who he is/wants male to leave. Deputy – one in unit en route to a
Racetrack Road address.

Ocotillo Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised they have not been able to get a hold of a neighbor for a few days now/she has dogs outside which have not been tended to/she was involved in an accident on Nov. 11 and was transported to GRMC/her vehicle was towed. Deputy made contact with neighbor/advised she is okay.

Male lying in the highway. Deputies had contact with the male/he is walking/everything is okay.

Subject issued CTW for both properties – a Highway 35 address and a Laguna del Sol address.

Kids playing on the phone/this is the second phone call/a dog cried out in the background/someone yelling to get home. Deputy – out with an open door/spoke to a named female and advised her kids were on 911.

Thursday, Nov. 14

Unwanted subject
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller advised a named female was served with an eviction notice and she is still there today. Deputy has contact with female/she stated she has court today at Mag 1.

Criminal trespass warning
320 Ridge Road – GCDC
A named female is being released/she is clear but has an ATL for a CTW to be issued/they will hold her until a deputy gets there.

DV order violation
Encina Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named female just came to his house and left toward Silver City.

Suspicious vehicle
Sawyer Circle
Deputy – two males in middle of the road.

Caller advised she heard arguing/advised she lives next to them then disconnected the line.

Harassment
Camino Verde – Arenas Valley
Two subjects followed caller home accusing him of being involved in burglaries in the Burro's. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Domestic disturbance
D Street – San Lorenzo
Caller is at her grandma's house with multiple people/her aunt pushed her. Male got on the phone and disconnected.
