Caller is GRMC employee. 25-year-old female psych hold/in blue paper scrubs/boyfriend is in the parking lot with two of her siblings/all of them are drunk. Caller stated when she first got there the family caused a scene and were told to leave so the female also took off. Officer – able to get the female back inside hospital.
