Male now walking toward the Toad on Broadway/he has been causing problems all morning/caller advised if LE doesn't take care of it he will. Officer - units will be clear/male was advised to stop walking up and down the street and leave the area.

When caller arrived home a named male was in her apartment/she obtained an emergency DVO yesterday/unknown if he had been served. Officers – emergency DVO was served to male.

Male with a bike going through the dumpsters. Officer out with male/he is leaving upon request.
Burglary
W. 12th Street
Dining room motion. Officer – everything is okay/clear.
Loud party
Cactus Street – 2:20 a.m.
Loud party with underage drinking/caller stated he went to ask them to turn the music down and they advised him "to go f*** himself." Caller is trying to sleep as he has to work in the morning. Officer – four kids two houses down climbing on the roof/advised homeowner to keep the music down. Another call – female states there is a large fight where the party is on Cactus. Dispatch can hear a lot of commotion in the background.

Caller stated she was asleep and someone came up to her window and asked her for a blanket/caller does not want contact. Officers – clear/negative contact with anyone in the area.

Son-in-law is arguing and being combative with caller and caller's daughter/male is in his room/he does reside there as well/no drugs, alcohol, or weapons.

Male leaning on caller's grey Honda Odyssey/male was walking up and down Cactus Street. Second caller advised male is very inebriated and has fallen at least twice while walking on Cactus/can see him leaning on neighbor's car.

At entrance to W&Z/could hear a female telling the male to stop that/line disconnected/made contact again and male stated "Hang up the ****ing phone."/line was disconnected again. Officer – contact with female on Memory Lane/states she was walking to a friend's house/have contact with (redacted) at the bowling alley.

States she heard a thump in her back yard/was too afraid to look/states before someone was there trying to steal from her back yard and he got away. Officers – walked around the residence/negative contact with anyone.

Called x 3 then hung up each time/return calls go to VM. Officers – out on foot at address/saw male/made contact with male who stated he might have done it by accident.

Caller has footage on cameras of an older homeless male wearing a black hoodie looking through things outside and walking up to caller's bedroom doors/nothing appears to be stolen only trash on property.

Female was defecating by the trash cans/can see her pants pulled down and is bent over in the back corner of the lot/want her issued a two-year CTW. Officers – out with female/issued her the two-year CTW/waiting while she collects all her things.

Female who isn't supposed to be in the store/caller was put on hold to pick up medical 911/caller disconnected. Officer – caller advised the female left prior to arrival.

Officer – made contact with caller who showed the officer the storage room for the "warming shelter." Officer noted sugar, BBQ sauce, tea bags, and coffee grounds were a mess on the floor. Caller - unknown who did it as only caller and the coordinator have keys.

Caller received a call from a neighbor advising of damage to the wall and fence and to the gas meter/might have happened last night. Officer on scene.

Caller advised a shoplifting occurred this morning around 10 a.m./caller is collecting evidence to show LE.
