Caller states a 14 or 15-year-old male is wandering around the complex/this juvenile broke their window. Female then got on the line and stated she was getting threats someone was going to break their window/when asked for their names the female passed the phone to the male/male refused to give names then both were laughing.

Want him removed off the property and trespassed. Officer – male was issued a 2-year CTW.

A named female is on the property/believes she has a CTW/she is currently outside but refusing to get off the property.

Two males by front door/they are talking and smoking/door is locked and they keep rattling the doors and trying to go inside/want them both issued 2-year CTWs. Officer – no record found.

Male was checking doors of vehicles to see if they are open/just got into a blue Chevrolet car in Row 4/he started behind Dollar Tree and worked his way into the Walmart parking lot. Officer – have contact with (redacted) on Rosedale Road/out at Walmart on follow-up.

A named female is harassing caller and texted she was going to hurt caller. Officer made contact with caller who showed the officer a screen shot of the text message which was laced with profanities.

Stated he left a red bag and a black bag on the table. Officer out with male/issued male a CTW for 2-years/age 55.

Caller was advised by a customer of a male in alley between Silver Power Sports and Family Dollar who is throwing glass bottles and was physically fighting someone.

A named male is sitting on the bench in front of the Food Coop yelling and when caller looked in his direction he started running after her. Caller will be at Single Socks to speak with an officer.

Caller would like to speak with the code enforcement officer reference getting multiple speed bumps put in the area/advised a new neighbor has created a lot of traffic who do not follow the speed limit signs. CE officer advised caller that she has spoken with Council of Governments and will let caller know when a traffic survey will be done.

Caller had an altercation with a male yesterday and (male) was removed from caller's business/male is now driving back and forth in front of caller's business in a beat-up old grey Jeep and yelling profanities at caller's 10-year-old daughter/would like a CTW issued. Officer – clear/will keep an eye out for the vehicle and issue a CTW.

A named male has been walking up and down the sidewalk/is acting strange and pointing at young girls, mumbling, and grabbing at plants/he is currently across the street/want him issued a 2-year CTW/he is also angry because he was asked to leave.

Caller received a letter in his mailbox stating caller and friend planned to break a window and a police report was filed/unknown who it was from. Second caller advised she also got a letter on her door advising of the same thing. Requesting phone call.

Male left in a newer red truck/would not tell caller where he was going and advised he has a plan/stated his plan was to cut himself/he has been self-harming/he left five minutes ago. Officer – negative contact on Village Drive.

Caller advised her new generator has been taken apart/happened today/she has been inside all day. Officer – as soon as contact was made she was belligerent/clear.

A named male is there and refusing to leave/he is very heavily under the influence of alcohol/parties are separated but male still has her house keys/caller advised this is her house/caller wants to speak with an officer about a CTW.

Caller advised the male who was harassing him yesterday is harassing him again today/still passing by his landscaping truck yelling obscenities at him.

Caller stated kids are with their mother/he saw his kids through the phone and that he (one) had an accident and the stepdad pinched his son in the forehead/caller could see the bruise on the child's forehead/kids are ages 7 and 10-years-old/caller is wanting the male to leave/caller is requesting a phone call. Officers – will take care of it/follow-up on Dorothy.

Dispatch advised female was showing she was issued a CTW in 2004 by Hurley PD. Officer – contact with female at Swan and 20th trailer park/another caller is the neighbor at Unit D can hear female screaming.
