Caller stated two subjects ran at him trying to jump him/one swung at caller and missed/caller slammed one to the ground and one of them pulled a gun out on caller. Officer put out ATL for the vehicle.

Domestic disturbance

ER Room 7. Officer advised to call NMSP to see if a unit can go to the hospital to speak with caller who stated the incident happened at the rest area on Highway 180 in Luna County. NMSP Dispatch was called/they stated they do not have any units in Silver City at this time but will get one en route/will be 30 minutes from Deming to Silver City.

States homeless people are going in and out of this home/ongoing issue. Officer out at 801 Swan Street/all clear of warrants and CTWs.

N. Bennett Street
Male was parked in a blue pickup in front of this location all night/is now walking around trying to get into the bathrooms/he is no longer there but want him issued a 2-year CTW.

Male in a blue shirt and a female wearing black pants have shoplifted before/they were yelling at caller/wants them issued a CTW. Officers – out with two subjects 14th and Gold streets/male in investigative detention.

Male in front of NAPA walking west/he approached caller and asked her to smell him/she declined/he then sprayed a can of something on himself/he is going in and out of stores. Officer made contact advising male smelled like pneumonia.

Male sitting in the pharmacy section asleep in the chairs/is refusing to leave. Officer made contact.

Male who was cursing and yelling at himself and at other people is walking south on Texas from the Gospel Mission/he was being confrontational with other people. Officer – getting flagged down on Bullard/out on Old Mill.

Officer made contact with caller who advised when she got home from running errands she noticed damage to the tailgate, rear bumper, and rear quarter panel of her grey 2009 Chevy 2500 Duramax.

Caller advised that a named subject was doing some housework and now is not finishing it. Caller is aware it is a civil issue but wants the subject issued a CTW. Officer called x 3 with negative contact.

Caller advised someone could be living in a blue truck parked at the end of their property for three days now/advised a female is staying there/they have been scattering trash around. Officer -wrecker enroute/vehicle was towed.

A named female is being belligerent/not allowing staff to clean/wants her issued a CTW for two months. Officer issued the two-month CTW.
