Male has a bottle of whiskey and a rock in his hand/he is harassing caller and his students/colleague was able to get him to leave/he is walking north on Pope Street/he walked up to caller and told him he was going to "crack" him with the rock. Caller is walking back to Aldo from Gough Park. Officer – in area ATLing for male.
