Male wearing all black is acting erratic, yelling, and throwing his hands up in the air. Officer – male by the VA walking with a sign/out with male/advised male to leave the area.

Caller states trees are growing underneath neighbor's house and vehicles on the street that have not moved in years. Officer spoke to caller/will go check out neighbor's yard.

Purple-blue bike has been here for the past two days/concerned it's stolen. Officer – made contact with the bike and ran the VIN and it came back clear/bike was left on the side of the roadway as it was found.

States her daughter was formally evicted but broke into the apartment while caller was at work/wants to speak with an officer reference having a CTW issued. Officer – everything is okay.

Caller says he can see flashlights at the end of Gold Street at the blue abandoned trailer. Officer advised out on Cielo Azul/made contact/everything is okay/it was workers.

States kids around the neighborhood breaking bottles/they broke glass on his truck/they are being a menace to the neighborhood/wants contact with LEO. Officer made contact with caller.

Caller says a yellow Mustang was throwing things at him/they are at the Hudson Street carwash. Officer had negative contact/cleared.

Advised a male walked up to her and her daughter at the laundromat and was asking personal questions like how he had seen her alone sometimes and asked where they lived.

States that one of her employee's ex-boyfriend comes and harasses her a work/she is wanting him issued a CTW when he comes tomorrow to obtain something from her employee.

1928 E. Highway 180

Male in the parking lot refusing to leave/wants male issued a CTW. Second caller advised male is in the Harbor Freight parking lot. Officer made contact with employees who advised  male never entered the building/will ATL the area.

Officer – have caller meet the officer. Dispatch tried x 2/goes to voicemail.

Caller advised apparently someone raped someone and they are trying to "kill him."/one of the men had a knife. Officers – out with (redacted)/(redacted) does not want to pursue charges/all parties were . . .

Caller is 15-year-old daughter/stated her18-year-old brother stopped her mother from going after her again/stated her father just got home and is aware of the situation/caller refused medical attention/parties are separated.

Stated she could not see anyone in the vehicle. Dispatch called back x 3/no answer. Silverback en route.

Officer – have contact with (redacted)/cleaning up west side/about one more hour to go.

710 Silver Heights Blvd.

Caller advising a male in the parking lot is being aggressive/three citizens have weapons drawn to him because of how he is acting/advised they have handguns out to defend themselves but nothing drawn at him/male appears to have a gun in his hand as well/male is walking toward the highway.

A named male is drinking vodka and causing problems with people/he had threatened two people/he is walking toward First Saving Bank/he is trying to fight another male. Officer – possible contact at the benches/not the subject being looked for/on Bennett north of 14th

Male wearing a yellow hoodie who is irate and throwing rocks at vehicles and buildings/walking north on Bullard. Officer spoke with Gospel Mission security/advised he is not in the area.

A named male is on scene and needs to be issued a CTW/is an employee's ex-boyfriend/is not violent but has been stalking and harassing employee. Officer – male was issued a 2-year CTW for 253 Manzana Road and Single Socks.

2501 E. Highway 180

Female left in a white truck east on Highway 180 about five minutes ago/caller will have video and is now finding out what she took.

Male in a green hat behind garbage cans on Texas Street side wrapping small items in foil. Officer had contact with female/she was cleaning out her backpack/everything is okay.

 

Falsely obtaining services

103 S. Bullard Street

Male doesn't have money to pay for his food/caller gave him the option to leave an item behind so he could go get money to pay and he refused/male is in the front lobby. Officer – male was issued a 2-year CTW and he left walking/no charges.

N. Silver Street

Caller wanting to speak with an officer in reference to having a female issued a 

CTW/female already left the property walking south on Silver Street. Officer had negative contact with either caller or female.

2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments

Caller can only hear yelling and screaming/female is saying she is going to slap the crap out of him. Officer – out with another officer.

1315 N. Hudson Street

Two ladies/one is inside the lobby/the other is outside/they are no longer yelling/wants a CTW issued. Dispatch did not hear any yelling at point of call/caller advised they were refusing to leave. Officer – 2-year CTWs were issued.

Caller advised someone is dancing in front of the door/female with a black hat and a backpack/she was accidently hitting the window while she was dancing. Caller called back asking if officers could patrol more due to the homeless people in the area.

Male and female in a white sedan arguing with each other/sounds verbal at this time. Officers – vehicles possibly going toward Arenas Valley and Hurley.
