Female left in a white truck east on Highway 180 about five minutes ago/caller will have video and is now finding out what she took.

Male doesn't have money to pay for his food/caller gave him the option to leave an item behind so he could go get money to pay and he refused/male is in the front lobby. Officer – male was issued a 2-year CTW and he left walking/no charges.
