Tai Chi for Balance
This class is open to all. Based on the research of Dr. Fuzhong Li at the University of Oregon, the class uses several classic Tai Chi movements in a highly simplified format. Practice significantly improves balance, leg strength, flexibility and mental well-being. Chairs provided. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 1st class free; thereafter $2.
