Last night employee was called by an unknown subject who told her they were with the FDA and needed the money from the store to pay for licenses, etc. for the building. Caller believed them and took money from the cash register to a "bitcoin box" at the Bayard Snappy. Deputy spoke with caller.

Unwanted subject
Hurley Avenue
A named female was trespassed from this business and she is in the restroom and hasn't left. Officer made contact with the female and issued her a CTW and she left the property.

Domestic disturbance
Cactus Street
Caller stated a domestic was going on/refused to give any other info saying LE just needed to show up and disconnected. Officer advised negative on domestic/everything is okay/clear.

Caller stated a named male was being aggressive by pushing and shoving her because he wants alcohol. Officer – one male in unit en route to his house in Hurley.

Subject inside seems to be nodding their head and does not seem fully conscious. Officer – female was in the car advising they just got off work and is okay.

Caller advised a male who stole his wallet yesterday was just at his house. Deputy spoke with caller who advised he had no idea what the officer was speaking about and stated he never called dispatch either.

Caller advised her ex-husband is there with her/they walked to Bayard from Hurley/her husband was battered by his father at an address in Hurley. Deputies en route to a Fahey Street address/back out at Guinevan/request ambulance for 42-year-old male with head pain after a battery. EMS3 – patient signed refusal.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

Caller advised her boyfriend is being hostile toward her/they are in the process of separating and he is trying to kick her out/he threw all her stuff out of the restroom/no children in the home/no drugs or alcohol. One (of the combatants) has three outstanding active warrants out of Sandoval County/the other's DL is valid and clear.

Female in the parking lot taking clothes off/she seems to be talking to herself. Customer is afraid to go near her vehicle due to the female being there. Deputy – female was issued an indefinite CTW to all Dollar Generals.

Female on drugs yelling and taking her clothes off. Deputies out with female/giving her a ride to the Super Snappy/ended up going to 5R in Deming/there was a change in plans.

Neighbor is giving caller a hard time about tree limbs blocking a driveway/she is trying to remove a mobile home. Officer – parties came to agreement.

S. Bellm and E. Mill streets
Male about 8-years-old running by himself and possibly smoking a cigarette/he looked scared like he was running from something.

Female caller states her son's father is with her 7-year-old son and father is not responding/female just got on scene/did not give any other info then hung up. Caller called back stating his mouth is bleeding/caller is screaming at the male and he is not responding/male is breathing/no history of substance or alcohol abuse. Deputies – one dose of Narcan administered/awake but not coherent. Officer enroute with female to get vehicle.

Caller from BPD – male getting on Highway 180/is not making any sense/advised he walked here from Salt Lake City. Deputies had contact with male Highway 180 and Oak Street/male in unit enroute to Denny's/male has not been reported as missing.
