"People often say "I'm sad" or "I'm angry," as if those negative emotions were all or part of them. But sadness, anger, or other emotions are merely feelings that some of us stuff down inside, where their presence negatively impacts our health, our spirits, and our lives," Kris Neri said.
Neri will discuss her experiences with "The Sedona Method," a simple but effective technique for releasing the negative baggage inside, which Kris has personally used for over twenty years. She'll provide some history of the method, how it works, what users might experience, and strategies for those who might be more resistant to releasing than others. Attendees will have the chance to try it themselves.
After the presentation, Neri will have her books on hand for signing and sales.
Kris Neri is a multi-award-winning author of mysteries, thrillers, fantasies, and women's fiction. She is a six-time honoree of the New Mexico-Arizona Book Award for her own novels and books to which she's contributed.
