Kiwanis Club of Silver City Represented Grant County at Kiwanis Convention

Kiwanis Club of Silver City members attended the 95th Annual Kiwanis Southwest District Convention held near Phoenix, AZ, at the end of July. Representing service work being done in the region, the following members attended: (photo above, l to r) Lori Bonomo-Board Secretary, Bob Carson-President, Sabrina Pack-President Designate, Craig “Horse” Pfeifer-President-Elect, Serina Pack-Lieutenant Governor of Rio Grande Division CKI, Alma Carson-Past Distinguished Lieutenant Governor, Irene Carbajal-Key Club faculty adviser at Silver High School, Jerry Friedler-Treasurer, and George Dave Pack-member.

Special district leadership appointments were announced for the Kiwanis Southwest District that includes all of Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso. Alma Carson will be serving as the Kiwanis Southwest District "Kiwanis K-Kids" Administrator. Robert Carson will be serving as Kiwanis Southwest District CKI Administrator and Key Leader Administrator. Jerry Friedler will continue as the Kiwanis Southwest District "Aktion Club" Administrator. Lori Bonomo will be serving as the Kiwanis Southwest District Human and Spiritual Values Chairman and continue as Kiwanis Southwest District CKI Associate Administrator. Craig "Horse" Pfeifer will be serving on the Kiwanis Southwest District Foundation Board Member representing Division 7. Irene Carbajal will be serving as the Kiwanis Southwest District Key Club Associate Administrator.
