Vera Macgregor the Community Outreach chair for the Silver City Woman's' Club and Andrea Warner Executive Director of The Volunteer Center of Grant CountyRecently, the Silver City Woman's Club invited Andrea Warner Executive Director of the Volunteer Center of Grant County to speak to the members about the food security and economic development programs at The Volunteer Center. At the meeting, Director Andrea Warner learned about the excellent work the Woman's Club does for our community by fundraising, donating to local organizations and directly giving to those in need.
On December 14 the Silver City Woman's Club made a donation of $200 to The Grant County Food Pantry. "TVC is honored to accept this kind gesture of the generosity the Woman's Club shares throughout Grant County" Warner said.
