The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.
Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 7, 2015.
Public Hearings: CU 15-05: Conditional Use Permit for a property addressed as 203 E San Vicente Street, Silver City, NM, to be used for a production facility for a brewery and distillery. Winery and Brewery uses require a Conditional Use Permit in the Commercial Historic Downtown District. The applicant is the owner, Teresa Dahl-Bredine of Little Toad Creek, LLC.
ZC 15-02: Map Amendment/Zone Change from a Rural Zone to a Commercial Zone for a tract of land which is addressed as 1700 Mountain View Road, Silver City, New Mexico. The applicant is the owner, Mary Ellen Marquez.
