EARLY LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Town of Silver City Annex-Upstairs Conference Room, 1203 N. Hudson, Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes: Regular meeting held on September 7, 2021.
Public Hearing: 1) CU 21-01 A Conditional Use Permit Request for the property addressed as 502 E. 17th Street, Silver City, NM to be used for a rental housing. This use requires a Conditional Use Permit in the Commercial District. The applicant is the owner, Nick Chavez Jr.
2) Notice of Intent ORDINANCE NO. 1307 an ordinance amending appendix C, Land Use and Zoning Code of 2010, Article III, District Regulations Section 3.2, Use Table and Section 3.3, Use Regulations, Subsection 3.3.1, Use-Specific Standards, by adding a new paragraph 3.3.1H, entitled "Cannabis Establishments," of the Municipal Code of the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico, to provide zoning regulation of cannabis establishments pursuant to the Cannabis Regulation Act of 2021
