The Mimbres Region Arts Council Together with WNMU Presents a Christmas Carol

Scrooge-Tombstone webThe Mimbres Region Arts Council is pleased to present The National Touring Production of Charles Dickens' family holiday classic, A Christmas Carol, performed by the acclaimed Nebraska Theatre Caravan on Thursday, December 18 at WNMU Fine Arts Center Theatre, at 7:30 pm.

Featuring a cast of 24 performers, live musicians, Broadway-scale scenery and costumes, this celebrated Charles Jones adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol is rich with thrilling ensemble music and alive with color and movement. This epic and enduring tale is presented for all ages to enjoy. Woven throughout this classic tale are beautiful new arrangements and moving renditions of holiday songs. Audiences cherish this sumptuous holiday classic.

The production is heralded as feeling "like Christmas should be,' and "like Christmas in your mind when you were a child."
