Students from Texas and Arizona joined interested locals in a Friday CLAY Festival workshop entitled Wall Artistry. This one-day workshop taught participants how to mix and apply natural clay plasters and paints to both interior and exterior walls. The workshop, taught by Athena and Bill Steen of the nonprofit Canelo Project, was hosted by Syzygy Tile.
