On Monday, November 23, 2015, Bayard City Council held its regular meeting.
Everything on the Consent Agenda was approved, which included:
€¢ €¬Approval of Consent Agenda.
€¢ Approval of the Minutes of Regular Meeting of November 9, 2015 €¬
€¢ €¬Approval of the Accounts Payable for November 23, 2015 €¬
€¢ Approval of the Clerk's Report for November 2015 €¬
€¢ Approval of the Police Report for October 2015 €¬
€¢ Approval of the Library Report for September and October 2015 €¬
€¢ Approval of the attendance to the NMWWA Workshop and testing for €¬Isaiah Herrera on January 25-28, 2016 for WW Level One.
Under ‬miscellaneous,‬ the Gila Regional EMS - improvements to facility was approved. The Gila EMS will improve the facility by installing a wall that will provide privacy for the staff and have little impact to the existing building.
Approval of the Resolution 17-2015 2015 Election Resolution and Ordinance 3-2015 Uniform Traffic Code Ordinance.
Other business includes:
A letter of Interest for Beautification Committee, while Lupe Barraza was approved as a committee member to the Beautification Committee. Also, approval of the hiring of Patrick Mosley as Patrol Officer at a rate of $15.25 per hour.
The next Bayard City Council meeting will be held Monday, December 14, 2015.‬‬
