"Meditation for Everyone," a non-denominational meditation classes, will be resuming at the Billy Casper Wellness Center starting Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014. Our next series will be two classes: the one today, Dec. 2, and the second and final class on Dec. 16, will be held in the BCWC "Education Rooms" from 5:30 to 6:15 pm. The classes are free and open to the public (that is, both BCWC members and non-members).
The title of the series that starts today is: "How to Survive (and Thrive!) Through the Holidays." The series will provide light-hearted encouragement to consider different, perhaps more constructive ways to approach the holiday season.
Each class will start with a 20-25 minute guided meditation, followed by 20-25 minutes of commentary. Each class is self-contained. Attend one or both classes. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
