Caller advised that a male is dragging a female and yelling. Officer had negative contact but advised witnesses stated they saw a male grabbing his daughter by the hair because she ran out into traffic and was almost hit by a vehicle.

Caller advised the driver of a blue Dodge truck is texting and is all over the roadway.

Small male child with blond hair about 3-years-old. Officer advised although the area was searched by vehicle there is no one here.

Shoplifting
809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a named male put a $1.39 Butterfinger candy bar in his right front pocket then bought an ice cream and exited the store without paying for the candy bar.

1623 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a loan was prepared for a customer and she left paperwork behind and some of the documents have different Social Security numbers on them. Officer advised that the property will be returned on Monday morning/there were different SS cards that did not belong to her but matched up with other documents/possibly family.

Pope Street @ Q’s Southern Bistro
Caller advised that a male was lying on the ground with several bags. Officer out with male and advised that he is moving along.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male took a bottle of caramel Smirnoff vodka, but they got their merchandise back. Officer ATL at Beall’s and Family Dollar but lost visual contact.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold and E. 11th streets
Caller advised that a male and female were arguing and it appeared that the male was choking the female. Advised that they are now walking their separate ways. Officers made contact with female.

Saturday, Aug. 15

Domestic disturbance
N. Silver Street
Caller advised that two girls were fighting near a vehicle and observed one of the girls punch the other. Officer advised en route to headquarters with one juvenile female/released to her guardian.

Caller advised that a male and a female are fighting and he can still hear the female yelling while on the phone. Officer advised en route to Cardinal Lane with one female.

Caller advised that she and her niece have been trying to get hold of her brother for the past three days and have been unsuccessful.

Harassment
106 W. Yankie Street
Caller advised that a threatening note was found under her door. Officer advised clear/several businesses received that same letter.

Domestic disturbance
S. Texas Street
Caller advised that his wife was just released from the behavioral health unit at GRMC and is causing problems. Dispatch advised they could hear a female yelling in the background. Caller disconnected. Officers advised they are knocking but no one is coming to the door.

Breaking and entering
1340 E. 32nd Street
Officer advised negative contact with caller but did observe a broken window in the back.

W. 6th and N. Cooper streets
Caller advised that he heard a female yell for help at the brick apartments on the west side/she said her boyfriend took her phone away from her/male went to the door and said everything is fine and closed the door. Officer advised that they will separate for the night.

Caller advised that three kids are riding 4-wheelers through the area and being very loud. Advised that two 4-wheelers just took off south on Little Walnut and one crossed the bridge to Virginia. Officer advised a wallet was found at a Virginia Street address.

Officer issued an indefinite CTW.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that guys were heard arguing and then she believes she heard three shots from behind the store.

N. Cooper Street
A named female is very intoxicated and hitting . . .

Harassment
Valley Vista
Caller advised that her ex-husband showed up about 25 minutes ago and is hitting her windows and threatening her saying he is coming back for her in four days. Advised that he is no longer on scene. Officer made contact with caller.

E. Spring and N. Bennett streets
Caller from Child Protective Services advised that a small child has been left alone for most of the evening. Caller advised that the mother or guardian was seen leaving and has not returned.

Sunday, Aug. 16

Disturbance
Leslie Road
Caller advised that two females are fighting outside an apartment. Advised that it is only verbal.

Domestic disturbance
300 W. College Avenue
Caller advised that a named male and a named female are arguing upstairs in the Methodist Church and the female is asking for help. Caller advised that the male is now chasing the female down the hallway. Caller advised that the couple went toward the nursery in the back of the church.

Officer advised that a named male flagged the officer down and stated that he went to a Vicki Place address to pick up his 4-year-old daughter and an ex-girlfriend started to argue with him and threw rocks at his silver Toyota pickup. Officer advised that both were spoken to and everything was verbal/both units clear.

111 S. Texas Street
Caller advised that an employee at the Gospel Mission was harassing her while she was eating. Officer had contact on Texas/Broadway.

Bosworth Drive
Caller advised that she wants a friend removed that she has been letting stay with her because caller found a hypodermic needle in her residence.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that his father is missing out of Deming and was reported being seen on a bench at the Silver City Food Basket with a dog.

Pearce Road
Caller advised that the door at her deceased neighbor’s home is wide open. Officer advised clear/all windows and doors are secured.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named female is inside the store and she is supposed to have a CTW issued for Walmart by an officer on 8/12/15. Advised that she is near the school supplies. CAD shows she has an active CTW issued from 2010. Officer reissued indefinite CTW to Walmart.

E. Daniel Street
Caller advised that he heard 7-8 shots and 3-4 hit his house. Second caller advised they heard about 4 shots toward the Hudson Bridge. Third caller advised they heard about 5 shots.

29th Street
Officers had contact with property owner who advised that he would shut it down
