Caller advised they were harassed by a male while at the restaurant, who then drove away almost hitting caller’s vehicle. Officer advised en route to restaurant to speak with caller.

Caller requests welcheck on his 69-year-old wife who is not answering her phone.

Caller advised that a vehicle is running and is parked in the fire lane with a 1-year-old child inside who is crying and with another child. Caller advised they took the baby out of the car and is now speaking to the owner/line disconnected. Officers advised out with vehicle on Highway 180 at Lawley’s/one female in car.

Caller advised that a guy fell off his motorcycle. Officer advised that the motorcycle is off the road.

Caller advised that a male who is trying to get his security deposit back has been calling and threatening them.

Walk-in requested a CTW be issued to a named female and a named male for Hacienda Realty. Officer issued the CTWs.

Caller advised that his son is verbally causing problems. Officer advised that the son left willingly.

Caller advised that her baby’s daddy is harassing her.

Officer advised that everything is okay.

Saturday, Sept. 5

Fight
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two males were fighting outside the store and two females were trying to start problems with caller and one of the females hit caller’s friend. Caller advised that they left already back to Deming and they do not need an ambulance.

Walk-in advised that he was threatened over the phone by his son but caller does not know where the son is. Caller asked how to get a restraining order against his son and the officer explained.

Officer advised that an indefinite CTW was issued to a named female for Domino’s.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 112
Caller advised that a silver Chevy dually with a dog in back has been swerving all over the road for about 10 miles. Officer had contact at Highway 180/Silver Heights.

Officer called EMS for a 43-year-old male bleeding from his mouth/high priority/assault.

Caller advised that she is being harassed by an individual who keeps passing by her house several times a day in a green Mercury car. Caller requested a CTW be issued to the individual.

Caller advised that his 8-year-old son hasn’t been to school since Thursday/son should be with his mother and stepdad. Advised that all parties live in Las Cruces and caller is supposed to have his son this weekend.

Caller advised that a male who appears to be unconscious is lying on the ground near the apartments across the street.

Caller advised that her sister texted caller’s other sister stating that she is in a relationship where she feels down and wants to take her life. Officer knocked several times/no one came to the door/contacted caller.

Caller advised that a vendor who works for Keebler took belongings from a female’s purse and put the purse back/it is all on video. Officers en route to Tyrone to talk with victim.

Caller advised that a male took off running with some products and is leaving the parking lot in a gold Mazda. Advised that they took a canopy and some batteries. Caller advised that they are parked at the very end of Rio de Arenas.

Leslie Road
Caller advised that she thinks her aunt may have taken her black and yellow duffle bag containing caller’s phone, clothing and other valuable items. Caller called back advising that the duffle bag was returned along with everything in it.

Caller advised that a male just walked into the ER claiming to have been beaten up with brass knuckles at Walmart.

Caller advised that his 1997 maroon Ford Mustang has been keyed at Walmart.

Caller advised at least 11 shots were heard near the warehouse by the ditch. Second caller advised she heard five shots. Officers from SCPD and NMSP had negative contact with anything.

Sunday, Sept. 6

Unwanted subject
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female is soliciting for money in the parking lot. Officer issued an indefinite CTW for Walmart to the female and officer advised that he saw her leaving.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
N. Combs Street
Caller advised that a named male just threw a rock at her window after they had an argument. Advised that it is her brother’s car. Officer advised that they were unable to make contact with caller.

2400 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that someone has taken some items from underneath the pickup.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a male walked out toward Shady Grove with an unknown item, which set off the alarm. Officer advised on scene at CVS.

123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised that individuals in a white Nissan car have been harassing caller for days. Officers spoke to parties involved and advised that everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
E. Market Street
Caller advised that a named male threw her around the house and kept throwing her on the ground. Advised that the male just broke the bathroom door and that he drives a white Escalade with rims. Although female refused medical attention from dispatch, officer sent for EMS for a 36-year-old female with neck pain/negative lights and siren/clear.

Caller advised that a female knocked on caller’s door asking him to call police in reference to a domestic.

Caller advised that a lot of yelling and screaming is coming from the park. Officer advised that it was kids playing basketball on the playground/units clear.

Caller advised that she could hear a female screaming for help. Officer advised that it was kids playing on a trampoline/units clear.

Caller advised that she and her husband just found a bullet hole in her house from when they heard shots fired yesterday.

Monday, Sept. 7

Caller advised that her son is threatening to go to her home and throw rocks through the window. Officers advised that the subject had been drinking and left on foot.

Caller advised that a named male is outside causing problems. Officer had negative contact but will patrol through the night.

Caller advised that a first-named male is in the house and they want him out. Officer had negative contact/clear.

Larceny
Market and E streets
Caller advised that he just witnessed the theft of a bicycle. Advised that a male wearing a black hat, shirt and jeans went up to a neighbor’s house and took the bicycle off the porch and rode off.

Silver Heights Blvd. and Cactus Street
Caller advised that a male hit the female and they are arguing. Officer spoke with male who denied they were arguing and that he hit her.

Caller advised that she could hear a first-named female yelling from a residence. Second caller advised that her boyfriend just beat her up and that he left in a green Ford Taurus and she is bleeding from her mouth.

1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a male is in the store and has stolen some food and other merchandise. Officer advised out with vehicle behind Auto Zone. Advised that the male was arrested and released on a CTA and that indefinite CTWs were issued to both subjects.

Caller advised that a named male has been making threats.

Yellow Arrow Drive
Caller advised of a Medical Pendant Press at the residence and was unable to make contact via two-way. Officer made contact and she is OK.

Criminal trespass
3400 N. Silver Street
Caller advised that three subjects are on the roof of the school. Officers identified the three juvis and had one in custody en route to a Mountain View Drive address.

Caller requested a standby at this address so she could pick up some belongings.

Caller advised that a bunch of kids are harassing the neighbors. Officer advised that the kids were spoken to and they are leaving.

Criminal damage to property
Lion’s Den
Caller advised that a named male is destroying property. Officers advised negative on any damage/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Debby Drive
Caller advised that the kids are crying about being dropped off at their mom’s and a named male is there. Caller called the counselor who advised caller to call the police to do a welfare check. Officer advised en route for welfare check.
