Caller advised that she and her girlfriend broke up and she took belongings of caller’s. Deputy had contact.

Deputy had contact with a male who advised he was taking a nap and is okay.

Harassment
Alegre Street – Arenas Valley
Son’s ex-girlfriend from Las Cruces is there making threats against caller’s son/female is now leaving. Deputy advised a named individual was issued an indefinite CTW for addresses on Alegre and Khody Lane.

Deputy advised it was a female on a cellphone/everything is okay.

Deputy spoke to owner of vehicle and advised him to turn off headlights.

Deputy advised the subject ran out of gas and is waiting for a second party to bring him gas.

Caller advised he was gone for two weeks camping and came back to find his house burglarized. Deputy on scene.

Old Fort Bayard carpenter shop was broken into.

Something may be going on in the parking lot. Deputy advised everything is fine/frequent patrol for rest of night.

Deputy advised a named male ran out of gas and if it will not start, will be leaving the vehicle at the park.

Everything is okay/employee vehicle.

Unattended death
Owens Road
89-year-old male on the floor/unconscious/not breathing. Caller advised he was cold/unknown how long he had been there/he was fine yesterday and acted normal/does not have any medical problems. R1 advised to cancel EMS re DOA.

Wright Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she has no answer to her call to a named male who has a lot of emotional stress every morning/he threatened suicide a month ago. Deputy made contact and advised the male didn’t have his phone on him but will call . . .

Unwanted subject
Pheasant Drive
Caller doesn’t want a named female on the property as she is causing problems. Deputy clear/taking female to somewhere near The Grinder.

Domestic disturbance
Fairway Drive
Caller advised that her husband punched her window out/caller advised she did slap him because he was fighting with their 16-year-old son.

Thursday, Nov. 2

Suspicious vehicle
11865 Highway 180
Deputy advised it was Doc checking on a sick animal.

Welfare check
Coleman Drive
An 80-year-old male is not answering the door or the phone. Deputy advised clear/male walked out of the house as deputy was talking to caller.

Burglary
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Unknown persons have broken into the house. Deputy en route.
