Caller advised her 34-year-old son went hiking and has not returned. Gave info to NMSP dispatch who will call sergeant to see . . .

Intoxicated persons
Hurley water tower
Male said he wanted to report a drunk person by the water tower. When asked who this person was he said it was him/he was uncooperative. Deputy en route with male to Bayard.

Larceny
Highways 152 and 35
Someone broke into message board and stole battery.

Unwanted subject
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
People are on the property who are not supposed to be there/this is her father’s house and he is in jail/the people packed up their things and are willing to leave but are waiting on one individual who is refusing to leave.

Weapons fired
Casa Loma
Deputies had contact with a named individual who advised they were shooting clay pigeons/units clear.

Domestic disturbance
Kirkland Road
Can hear a male and a female yelling across the street. Deputy had negative contact with any yelling.

Reckless driver
Highway 10 – MM 15
Out with state police/NMSP unit standing by for wrecker/unit clear.

Harassment
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Roommate’s son came over and threatened to kill (redacted)/he may have a rifle.
Deputies advised grandson went to stay with grandparents/everything was verbal/units clear.

Tuesday, June 18

Unwanted subject
Twin Sisters Creek Road – Santa Clara
Male is trying to convince them to let him inside/possibly under the influence of something/he is now banging on the house.

Missing persons
Little League
Deputy advised he was advised that a named individual left the Little League Baseball Fields. BPD officer advised he saw a small boy walking toward Hurley. Deputy in Bayard ATL/officer had negative contact with coach or anyone at the field. Juvenile is okay/negative on ambulance.

Accident-injuries
Highway 180 – MM 99 (1 mile west of Red Rock Road junction)
Vehicle vs deer. Dead deer. Vehicle off roadway. Front end damage. Vehicle undrivable. Red 2004 Pontiac Montana. Deputy requested ambulance for a 3-year-old male who is going in and out of consciousness/he is awake right now. EMS1 place Native Air on air standby.

Wednesday. June 19

Welfare check
Copper Drive and Malachite Avenue – Tyrone
Caller said someone is lying on a park bench near the Tyrone Park. Deputy out with a male seen walking down the road/en route to Gospel Mission.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
Female with a baby and two small children walking into town trying to get a ride. Deputy had negative contact.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 118 (Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Accident with deer/deer and debris were removed from the roadway.

Domestic disturbance
W. Highway 180
Caller advised her 9-year-old son is screaming and refusing to get in the car/the child is in the car now but she is holding the door shut. Caller advised she is trying to get her daughter to the ER for a possible broken arm. Caller is in the car now but she still needs help with him.

Larceny
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller said that a large picnic table is missing.

Criminal trespass warning
Redrock Road
Caller has a CTW on a named female and she won’t leave. Deputy had contact with both parties advising caller had invited the female to the house several times since the CTW was issued.

Welfare check
Camino Serna
A 4-year-old is in the care of her grandfather. Deputy had contact with a male who has a 12-year-old daughter but no 4-year-old.

Disturbance
Chukar Drive
Mother of caller is refusing to let caller take her children with her/advised mother is on meth and won’t give caller the car keys. Second caller advised both parties are separated at this time.

Thursday, June 20

Fraud/embezzlement
Cottage san Road
Caller advised she paid someone to fix her vehicle and they didn’t fix it. Deputy had negative contact.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Owens Road
Someone shot out her back window.

Welfare check
Cortez Avenue
Older male possibly intoxicated standing in the northbound lane. Deputy has contact advising he needs a ride to Santa Clara/will have one in unit.

Disturbance
North Hurley Road
(Redacted) is intoxicated and causing problems. Deputies on scene.
