A named male and his named wife are arguing in front of the building and two children are present. Deputy out at a Redrock Road address/clear/back to fire dept.

Welfare check
Red Rock Road – Mangas Valley – 12:20 p.m.
Advised that her grandson is by himself and she can’t find her 2-month-old baby/the mother is asleep and she doesn’t want to wake her up to ask her where the baby is. Second caller advised his mother is there inside causing problems/advised he is on his way home – eta-40 minutes. Deputy had contract with kids who are okay and were inside the home with their mom asleep.

Aggravated assault
Red Rock Road – Mangas Valley – 1:02 p.m.
Caller advised his mother just tried to hit him with her pickup/caller is out of breath/keep losing male on the line/deputies are on scene.

Welfare check
Jensen’s Trailer Park
Deputy advised vehicle is okay/they were using the phone.

Game and Fish
Little Walnut Road
Caller stated a deer was hit and is on the side of the road and is injured. Deputy advised did put the deer down.

Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that subjects in a green Jeep are driving around with two kids standing on the back. Deputy had contact with driver and she stated they were moving from down the street and the vehicle is full of boxes and there was no room for the kids. Deputy informed the driver that they need to walk or get another way of transportation but they cannot ride on the back.

2069 Cottage San Road
Advised he hasn’t seen his 4-year-old daughter in three months and he has a parenting plan that allows visitation three weekends out of the month/last time he had contact with his daughter was June 9. Deputy advised units clear/made contact with grandma.

Criminal damage to property
Hanover Creek Road – Fierro
Caller came home and found windows to house broken and all of his vehicle windows busted out/neighbor’s house was also broken out. Deputies on scene advising houses are not inhabited at this time.

Harassment
Hermosa Street – Hanover
A named male neighbor has dogs that killed some of caller’s animals/a black truck has been harassing caller and he believes it is a relative of a named individual. Deputy had negative contact/did leave a message.

Saturday, Aug. 24

Accident-property damage
S. Highway 90/Community Hall Road
Caller stated she hit two deer and they damaged her vehicle.

Weapons fired
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Deputy advised subjects are shooting on private land.

Welfare check
Highway 180/Albertson’s
Male in a wheelchair riding in the bike lane. Deputy advised clear/negative contact.

Welsh Street – Arenas Valley
Deputy made contact with the mother and children and advised them to stay off the roadway.

Santa Clara Cemetery
Two kids are walking around Santa Clara looking for their dog. She is with her smaller sister who is 10-years-old/child came back on the line advising they found their dog and he is okay. Deputy advised out with two juvie females on Spring/Bellm St/they are okay/they were looking for their dog.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Deputy made contact in Bayard/he advised his wife reached over to give him a kiss causing him to swerve/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Copper Drive – Tyrone
Caller advised her stepdad got into her face and hurt her mother and her mother has marks on her.

Battery
Santa Clara Water Park
Caller said she and her sister were playing in the ditch near the park and boys were throwing rocks at them/she was hit in the face/she and her sister are both 11-years-old. Deputy advised with two female juveniles en route to an address off Cleveland.

Criminal trespass warning
11820 Highway 180
A named male is on property/he is walking toward the side of the store. Deputy has contact with male at Rio de Arenas Trailer Park/en route to Snappy to see if male was on property.

Domestic disturbance
E. Highway 180/Madison Road
Caller advised her mom made her get out of the car/she is 16-years-old/ she is walking on the westbound lane. Deputy made contact with caller/everything is okay at this time/unit clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Racetrack and Seven Sons roads
Caller advised the subjects are intoxicated and driving 4-wheelers all around the area. Deputies out at a Seven Sons Road address/units clear.

Sunday, Aug. 25

Stolen motor vehicle
Highway 152 – Grant County
Caller heard someone take his neighbor’s trailer. Deputy had contact.

Suicide threat
Whiskey Creek VFD – Kirkland Road
No report.

Domestic disturbance
Ethel Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her daughter’s boyfriend showed up at their residence and destroyed the house and broke a window as well/he did already leave in a silver 2015 Chevy Cruze about 15 minutes ago/he broke in while her daughter was in the shower/the daughter seems to be okay.
