70-year-old male lives alone and has health issues/hasn’t been able to get hold of him for about a week. EMS3 advised out at address/advised they have contact with male who advised there was no medical need/he will be giving caller a call back.

Caller advised an intoxicated female is at his house and she is refusing to leave. Officer advised clear/caller did advise it was okay for this female to stay there.

Bayard Community Center – 290 Hurley Street
Caller advised the window to the front door is shattered. Officer advised negative on any damage at this location.

Shoplifting
204 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male stole a Reese and an orange Fanta/left in a silver car toward El Ranchito.

Caller advised she was jumped by several individuals. Deputy and dispatch had negative contact.

Requested to speak to deputy about a CSP that occurred to a 13 to 14-year-old female about a month ago.

Officer clear/did advise both parties re: a neighbor’s cat.

Caller has a tenant who lives in a house behind the business and wants to make a report about a possible shooting that may have taken place there last night or the night before/caller cannot make contact with the resident/advised a window at the property was broken out. Officer advised that the owner of the property is a named male from . . .

Caller advised that a silver 2-door pickup is parked on First Street and the windows are bashed. Deputy advised to send next wrecker in rotation.

A male yelling very aggressively/both caller’s sons are fighting/caller is standing between them. Officer advised everything is okay/advising other units can stand down.

Caller advised she is not allowed to have contact with her children who are 9, 7, and 2.5 years old/they are with father. Caller wants to know how they are doing/she was advised that an officer would call her.

500 S. Prescott Street
Caller advising that children in the neighborhood are throwing rocks and damaging her vehicle. Caller did not want SCPD to respond and was advised that the county was not responding to non-emergency calls in Tri-City but they would be advised. Deputy called caller and she advised she will call NMSP. Deputy called and informed caller that the county would respond to non-emergency calls in the Tri-City, especially since . . .

A named male is lying down on the sidewalk/unknown what is wrong with him. Male is okay at this time.

Caller advised that a named female is harassing him and causing problems/she is trying to murder him and he wants them gone. Officer out at address/clear/everything is okay.

Welfare check
S. East Street
63-year-old male/mental illness/has been hearing voices to stab himself. The patient was in agreement to be taken to BHU/do not use lights and sirens. When on the phone, male’s wife advised she felt safe at this moment.

E. Church Street
Caller advised he wants a deputy to respond to this address with a drug testing kit re: someone dropped some liquid on the street and he thinks it is chemicals being used to make the drugs. Deputy advised he will call caller at his earliest convenience.
