Caller advised her mother was supposed to start on hospice the next day however she has passed now/89-year-old female cold to the touch. Deputy advised OMI on scene.

Caller advised that her husband punched her twice in the stomach/he is inside the house and has calmed down a bit/she did pull his hair.

Highway 180 – Twin Sisters
One male and one female.

Harassment
Red Rock Road – Mangas Valley
Caller advised a neighbor has been putting up a chain across the driveway they both share stopping him from entering the property.

Criminal trespass
70 Truck Bypass
Caller advised that a named individual went to the property and damaged a vehicle belonging to another named individual/wants them issued a CTW for the entire property. Deputy advised negative contact x 6 with caller.

Accident-property damage
Highway 152 – MM 5
Caller advised she ran into the back of a liquid-carrying semi in the tunnel that Chino built/she does not need EMS.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 162 (halfway between Rifle Range Road and the Deming [lower] Mimbres River Crossing)
Caller from Luna County Dispatch advised an intoxicated male is walking on the highway toward Silver.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres – Old Mimbres Lodge
Caller advised that a named male renter they evicted broke all the windows and doors/he is being hostile with caller at this time.

Domestic disturbance
Mathers Road – Arenas Valley
Advised 17-year-old son is out of control and possibly has mental issues. Son was told to be respectful and keep to himself/parents were told to call back if anything else occurs.

Caller advised she noticed last night that her house was broken into.

Caller can hear his two sons who are staying inside his camping trailer breaking things inside/they are not fighting, just breaking things. Caller would like both removed from the property/they do narcotics. Deputy had contact with caller by phone and advised him about the process to get . . .

Stolen motor vehicle
Yucca Pod Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she can see a white truck pulling a trailer she believes is stolen. Deputy advised this is not the correct trailer that was stolen.
