Caller from GRMC advised a named male was assaulted in Bayard at an unknown location/he is in the ER/he is being uncooperative. Officer will do follow-up.

Disturbance
Stewart Street
Male called Hidalgo re: a disturbance between a male and a female. Officer and deputy advised both parties are now separated/female has left.

Criminal damage to property
Main Street
Caller advised a child who lives across the street from her father is breaking glass bottles and throwing trash into the yard/the house is vacant. Officer advised negative on damage.

Tuesday, July 7

Larceny
Maple Street
Caller advised that her son and his girlfriend went into her home and took some of her property/she is in quarantine and cannot have an officer at her home right now.

Disturbance
Runnels Drive – 4:20 p.m.
Caller advised subjects are arguing and wants a CTW issued to the female because she is causing problems. Officer issued Tenia Fowler a CTW.

Accident-property damage
Cactus and Grant streets
Red Nissan vs silver Toyota/no one is injured/they are obstructing traffic. Wrecker en route.

Fight
Runnels Drive – 8:40 p.m.
Two males fought by their office but went their separate ways. Officer had negative contact.

Thursday, July 9

Criminal trespass warning
Runnels Drive – 10 a.m.
Caller advised a named male who has a CTW is inside a unit at the apartment complex. Officer advised response will be delayed due to being on another call.

Santa Rita Avenue
Caller advised a named male is in the garage and is refusing to leave. Deputy was advised that the male does show a CTW for that address.

Caller advised that her 12-year-old son is living with her mother and she is not responding to any phone calls or texts.

Caller advised his garage door has been broken into/unknown if anything is missing.

Female chasing someone/they are arguing as she follows him/she is saying something about giving something back to her. Deputy has contact with male and female/has contact with caller/advising these subjects were not . . .

Domestic disturbance
N. Bellm Street
Advised that her son is causing problems and he is being violent and aggressive toward her/he is schizophrenic. Officer advised making entrance through back door. Robert Montoya has an outstanding warrant for $426 out of Judge Grijalva’s court for failure to pay.

Manhattan Park Drive
Caller wants a family member removed from her home as he is disturbing the peace/she refused to give the name of the subject or her name or what is happening. Officers advised one male in unit en route to Bayard/male dropped off at Central and Franey.
