93-year-old female/pendant press. R2 advised female was found asystole/requesting law enforcement/OMI was contacted and is en route/R2 advised clear/available.

1201 Pope Street
Homeless male sleeping near the south entrance of the bank/they need him to leave so they can open. Officer advised the male is getting his things/will standby until he leaves.

3420 E. Highway 180 – 8:49 a.m.
Caller from GRMC advised a named male did not show up to work this morning/he called last night saying he had a migraine and would not be in. Caller advised they went by his room around 8 a.m. this morning and he was not in his room and the bed did not appear to have been slept in. Officer advised put out an ATL for this male driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Panhandler
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised the male is walking up and down the median and is a road hazard. Officer advised the named male has no warrants.

1201 Pope Street
Female lying by the ATM. Officer advised she is clear of CTWs and warrants/units will be clear/female went inside of the building and is doing a transaction.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
A male stole a box of food when they were loading their truck/he is walking east with a cardboard box containing a food donation. Officer out with male in front of Airgas/advised he is clear/the male did not have any merchandise with him/en route back to CVS for follow-up.

Fraud/embezzlement
N. Texas Street
Walk-in advised her cell phone is being cloned. An officer advised he spoke to the female who stated she received an email and thought it was from her sister who is a minister/the email pertained to helping people during the pandemic/she filled out the information it asked for and submitted it. She stated . . .

Domestic disturbance
Canal Street – 3:39 p.m.
Caller is fighting with her boyfriend/he pushed her down onto the bed and held her down/he just ran to his mom's house next door. Officers out with boyfriend/advised both parties are separated/Josiah Wakeland was issued an indefinite CTW for the single trailer/both parties advised to stay away from each other/civil standby took place and both parties grabbed . . .

Disturbance
Canal Street – 4:32 p.m.
Caller advised her ex's father attempted to assault him as he made his way back to his mother's trailers. Officer made contact with the boyfriend who advised a named male was verbally telling him off as he was walking to the Chevron to get cigarettes/nothing physical occurred.

Game and Fish
E. Pine Street and Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised she struck a deer/uncertain if it is deceased. Deer pickup person advised the deer was located and removed.

800 S. Robert Street – El Refugio
Caller advised a male is there who is being verbally abusive and noncompliant with their requests/he is staying there with his 9-year-old daughter/they are not going to ask him to leave until an officer is on scene.

Caller advised his 70-year-old male friend hasn't been answering and that isn't normal for him. Someone made contact with him and he is okay.

Tuesday, Feb. 8

Welfare check
1502 Silver Heights Blvd.
Officers advised W. on 12th Street at this time/vehicle is not stopping/vehicle now stopped on 12th and Main/took off again/south on Main Street/W. on 11th/S. on Pope Street/medium traffic/30 mph/a named female/College passing E Street at this time/approaching E Street/female is obeying traffic laws at this time/N.E. on E Street.

Mental health complaint
Howell Street
Caller advised his son just got home from a mental health hospital last night and is now causing problems/he hasn't taken his meds/he was trying to break windows/he is now in his closet in his room. Officer advised one male in protective custody/en route to GRMC.

Caller advised a named male who was a guest there needs to be removed/he did get into caller's face and yell at him/requesting a standby while he advises the male he needs to leave.

Disturbance
Penny Park
Caller advised a white vehicle with Texas plates and two males are beating up a girl. Second caller reported her 13-year-old daughter is a runaway/she is yelling and causing problems for her mom and dad. Officer advised clear/runaway was returned to custody of parents.

Caller advised her daughter was last seen about an hour ago wearing a black hoodie near CVS and it seemed like she was going to harm herself. Officer did a walk-through of Denny's and ATL'd the surrounding area with negative contact with daughter/contacted caller via phone.

Wednesday, Feb. 9

Burglary
Howell Street
Caller advised a .40 cal. Taurus pistol was just found missing from the seat of his vehicle/unknown when it was taken.

Suspicious vehicle
3420 E. Highway 180 – 4:48 a.m.
Caller advised the grey hatchback SUV pulled up in the south parking lot at 4:19 a.m. and is just sitting there. Officer advised the female is leaving.

Harassment
610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller advised she is being harassed by a named male/he is staying at the woman's shelter/he walks in the bathroom while she is in the shower and tries touching her when she is asleep/he has a picture of her naked body while she was in the shower.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised the male left in a red Toyota car toward McDonald's/he took two chicken packages and some beef packages/merchandise was returned/want CTW issued to the male.

Accident-injuries
E. 14th and N. Hudson streets
Two vehicles are in the median/not blocking traffic/Ford van vs red Dodge Neon/Neon has back tire damaged and is inoperable.

N. Silver Street
Caller advised he has not been able to get a hold of his 82-year-old male friend. Officer made contact with the friend who stated he is okay/he misplaced his phone. Officer remained on scene and helped the male find his phone so he could call caller.

1105 E. Highway 180

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
1155 E. Highway 180
Caller advised someone slashed the tires on his Expedition/advised he brought the tire in because it was flat and turned out it was slashed.

Accident -property damage
Female caller would not answer any form of greeting/did just argue with male about who hit who. Officer requested wrecker per owner's request for Dodge Durango with heavy front end damage.

Advised that her 22-year-old daughter texted her advising she was throwing up for the past two days/mother thinks she may have alcohol poisoning and that she OD'd on fentanyl once before.

Caller advised that his wife and stepdaughter were supposed to be en route to the bowling alley but when he checked their location it was in the back of dispatch. Male called back advising false alarm/does not need to meet officers.

Caller advised a named male guest is intoxicated and has been harassing. Officer Issued Everatt Monday a CTW for this motel/one male in unit en route to the Copper Manor/en route to the shelter/another officer advised en route with first officer.

Yucca Street
Caller advised an 82-year-old female is not responding to texts or phone calls/she has a history of suicidal ideations. Officer advised female is okay/will be calling her doctor.

Panhandler
2 Ridge Road
Two males asking people in the parking lot for money. Officer advised clear/males left prior to arrival/caller is requesting a CTW/will ATL for the males/made contact on Highway 90 and Oro/request another unit.

Alabama Street
Caller advised when he spoke to a 50-year-old female she did not sound okay over the phone for a business venture/her tone was different/possibly confused. He was trying to have a conversation with her when she stated she was very tired and disconnected the line. Officer advised she may not be home/vehicle is not in driveway.

Vehicle burglary
N. Gold Street
Caller advised they stole her husband's supervisor jacket, a pillow, and some tools.

1609 N. Swan Street
Caller advised a male with a blowtorch is sitting at a table near the employee's vehicles/wants him to leave. Officer advised male already leaving property when he pulled up.

Welfare check
E. 12th and N. Bennett streets
Advised as he was walking by he could see they had a big fire going. Officer advised negative contact with anyone in the area and negative contact with any flames or smoke either.
