Caller can hear a little girl screaming for someone to stop from the two-story house next door. Deputy made contact advising they were combing the little girl’s hair.

Caller advised subjects are trying to trespass through her yard/they are not allowed to be in her yard. Deputy advised all units clear/negative contact with subjects.

Caller is 14-years-old and his uncle is going crazy. He is yelling in the background/he flipped the chair while caller was sitting in it. Deputies en route to check.

Caller advised a named male is yelling and throwing items around his yard. Deputy had negative contact with the male.

Caller advised an elderly man driving a red Dodge Ram 1500 became aggressive when asked to back away from driveway.

Caller advised his neighbor’s dog bit his wife a week ago/didn’t seek medical advice when it happened/she does have punctures/she does have pictures/owner of the dog was told about it when it happened.

Caller advised the neighbor’s dog has been barking for three days now/there has been no activity around the home/dog is inside barking. Officer advised clear/no one is answering the door.

Officer advised to check warrants on a named male/ one warrant/APO hold.

Can hear someone yelling get off my property/kids in the background crying. Second caller advised a named female is on the property and breaking windows. Deputy out at address.

Larceny
S. Bard Street
Caller advised a named male stole her bank card this morning and has already used it/he took money out in Deming. Officer advised he took a white Toyota Corolla/he is a felon possibly in possession of a firearm. Subject called advising he was en route to Carlsbad.

N. James Street
Caller advised she can hear a lot of people crying to the left of her house. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone crying or yelling in the area.

Caller advised her boyfriend is breaking into her house/he broke the window to her daughter’s room/he left on his bicycle. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.
