Caller advised a part off the gate opener has been stolen/this has been ongoing. Deputy advised clear/a report has already been taken and this will be added to it.

Aggravated burglary
Georgetown Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised his home has been broken into/his entire safe is missing/the safe contained several firearms and a large amount of money/he has a security camera that he will review once a deputy arrives. Deputies on scene/possible suspect 38-year-old male.

DVO served x 6
2 – unknown address; 1 each at Huff Street in Silver City, Oak Street and Bellm Street in Santa Clara, and Fahey Street in Bayard.

Caller advised her son is in her storage shed/he is schizophrenic and refusing to leave/he is acting crazy. Officer has one in custody/male not responding/en route to GRMC.

Tuesday, July 26

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 94 (1 mile west of Mangas)
Vehicle vs deer. Caller advised vehicle is off the side of the road/airbags did deploy/does not need medical attention. Deputy advised driver just got off the phone with a wrecker/ETA about 40 minutes.

Caller has been trying reach her 70-year-old tenant/she was told he has COVID-19. Deputy had contact with the male/everything is okay/he was advised to call caller.

Fraud/embezzlement
Mimbres Cactus Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her twin sister has been accessing caller's bank account and mail boxes/she also has been using caller's ID and passports/she is attempting to steal her identity. Deputy called caller who advised she did not need to speak with a deputy.

DV order violation
Arroyo Lane – Silver Acres
Caller advised her husband's Bible and songbook are now missing – also shoes and cowboy boots.

Ft Bayard Street – Bayard
Caller advised a very large commotion is going on/caller did not want to be involved. Deputy advised all units clear/all being uncooperative/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised a vehicle keeps showing up to her house/they had ordered Walmart Doordash/they did drop off the groceries and now they keep going to caller's property and looking around/they did leave. Deputy issued Nick Sierra an indefinite CTW for this location.

Spring Creek Road
Caller is concerned for the safety of her 71-year-old father/he possibly has dementia. Deputies advised male has an injury to his elbow that he is not caring for/his elbow is leaking fluid/he is highly intoxicated and making threats to the people who are living with him.

Domestic disturbance
Burke Loop
Caller advised he is trying to get his belongings out of the house and his ex-partner started to hit him in the face/when he started to call the cops she closed and locked the door. Second caller advised her tire has been slashed.

Reckless driver
11575 E. Highway 180
Advised vehicle unable to maintain lane. Officer has contact at Swan and 25 streets.

Deputy advised homeowner advised the girls are not there at this time/negative contact with the females.

Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres – 9:25 a.m.
Someone is inside his house insulting his intelligence and disconnected the line. Deputy made contact with caller who advised he is fine and did not need anything or any medical attention.

S. Highway 90 and Armijo Road
Deputy had contact with male on Highway 90 and Armijo Road in the bushes.

Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres – 2:06 p.m.
Caller advised her son is hearing voices/he said he was going to walk to Tucson to the VA because he needed help and his vehicle doesn't work. Deputy had negative contact with anyone at the residence.

Accident-injuries
Highways 152 and 356
Advised just between the tunnel and the railroad crossing a white vehicle is turned over on its roof and smoking. Second caller advised occupants got out of the vehicle. EMS3 advised patient refused transport. Deputy advised Highway 152 shut down while wrecker removes vehicle.

Caller advised she has tried to contact her mother and she is not answering/requests a phone call.

Penjamo Bar and Monte Vista
Advised a female has been screaming and yelling for the last 1-2 hours/could not pinpoint from where. Caller refused to give anymore info and disconnected. Caller called back very upset cussing advising the female is still yelling and could be dying. Caller will not listen to dispatch and hung up the phone.

Deputy advised female is okay/she is taking a nap and will be on her way.

Highway 35 – MM 6-7
Caller advised a small white car seems to have been involved in an accident/does not see anyone around the vehicle/there is a lot of debris in the roadway from the storm they had. Someone from DOT called back advising he will have a truck en route/they were aware of the debris since last night/however, they were waiting for the storm to die down.

Highway 356 and Santa Rita Mine Road
Advised hit a deer on the way to Chino/negative on injuries/deer is dead.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a lady in her yard is yelling for help. Deputy had contact with female who is refusing medical and just wants a ride back into town to a church/out at First Presbyterian Church/no one at this location/en route to another church.

Caller advised a female is irritated and not wanting to leave/she is outside talking to herself/she is asking for services that are not provided by this business. Deputy advised female left.

Arroyo Lane – Silver Acres
Caller advised a named male was on the property last night. Deputy set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

Criminal trespass
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named female is on the property and she is not wanted there. Deputy advised one in investigative detention/en route to GCSO/at GCDC.

Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised a named male took her 1987 brown Chevy G20/he is just threatening to take it. Deputy advised clear from this address/en route to speak with the other . . .

Domestic disturbance
Oakwood Avenue
Caller was fighting with her dad and then he fainted/he is awake now and talking/it was never physical. Deputy advised everything is okay/female left the property.

Breaking and entering
Bandoni Drive
Advised someone broke into the residence/he is housesitting and will be waiting outside. Deputies advised home was secured as best as possible.
