Domestic disturbance
Maple Street
Caller advised her son has been up all night/he pushed caller and she wants to press charges on him/he threw a glass of water on her/he is bugging her grandson who is asleep/he is under the influence of drugs/he is arguing with caller at this time. Male is continuously arguing with caller in the background.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Cactus Street
Caller advised someone threw a rock through her windshield. Officer advised NMSP will take over case.

Welfare check

500 East Street – Bayard Low Income Apartments
Caller advised she found a lady on the ground/they were able to get her back inside. NMSP is en route to handle call/NMSP advised everything is okay.

Battery
Erie Street
Caller advised his neighbor pushed his mother/his friend pushed the neighbor away from his mother and he fell. Other neighbor is yelling in the background/line disconnected. Advised that male who hit his mother was knocked out and he was unconscious. Officer advised everything is 10-4.

Saturday, Aug. 20

Criminal damage to property
Diamond Street
Advised her front window is shattered/unknown what with. Two named individuals are to be issued CTWs to all of Rio de Arenas per park manager.

Sunday, Aug. 21

Loud party
Taylor Street
Music is very loud and both her and her cousin have to work in the morning. Officer advised all units clear/they are going to turn down the music and take it inside for the night.

Hurley Police Department

Saturday, Aug. 20

Unwanted subject
A Street
Caller advised her uncle is not causing problems but he is interfering in a family medical issue and is refusing to leave. Officer advised everything is okay/caller is going to allow family member to make proper medical decisions for family.

Santa Clara Police Department

Friday, Aug. 19

Suspicious vehicle
W. Oak and Ft Bayard streets
Officer advised clear/male pulled over to sleep.

Sunday, Aug. 21

Welfare check
Viola Stone Park
A male is recording people at the park and everything around him. Officer advised male is okay/he is taking pictures for the newspaper.

Domestic disturbance
Jaguar Street
Advised her husband is intoxicated and has locked her out of the house/verbal only.
