Someone broke a window in the administration building. Officer advised north front window was damaged/will be clear.

Welfare check
Watson Street
A male who lives there is having an episode/he is yelling and hitting walls/he abuses the dogs. Officer made contact advising the male was irritated with barking dogs/everything is okay.

100 Hurley Avenue – 1:58 a.m.

Welfare check
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised a black Denali parked in front of the store has a baby crying inside/driver window barely rolled down/unknown where driver is. Officer advised male has until tomorrow morning to take care of the warrants and if he doesn't, he will be arrested tomorrow on the warrants.

Brother is outside yelling/she has been asking him to leave and he has been refusing. Officer issued the male an indefinite CTW for the address.

Dog bite
Aguila Street
Officer requests ambulance for 55-year-old female with dog bite to lower left leg/no bleeding. EMS1 clear with patient refusal.

Suspicious vehicle
Viola Stone Park
Officer advised they left upon request.

Sunday, Apr. 23

Suspicious vehicle
E. Church and S. Mineral streets
A red, egg-shaped vehicle had a female in it all morning/she was backing in and out of the driveways/she has been there since 4 a.m. Officer issued the female an indefinite CTW for two addresses on Mineral Street/she left the area/clear.
