Caller advised a male is harassing him and attacked him/male walks that area with his dogs which are out of control. Officer made contact with caller/negative contact with male.

Someone broke into this location through a broken window/unsure if anything is missing/they just took food.

Criminal trespass warning
W. 6th Street
Caller wants CTW issued to male who was being destructive to property. Officer advised will be clear/Robert Padilla issued indefinite CTW for the whole complex.

Welfare check
2502 E. Highway 180
Caller advised her father is on a road trip and slept in his van in the parking lot and they have not been able to reach him this morning/he had advised he was parked in the Walmart parking lot behind Del Taco/White Toyota Sienna minivan with Texas plates. Officer advised negative contact with this vehicle in the parking lot.

Domestic disturbance
2610 N. Silver Street
Caller advised a named female came into her home and took her phone/both females are arguing/they were involved in a physical dispute last night/both parties are outside/they are arguing over keys to the home. They were advised to stay separated.

Harassment
N. Bullard and W. 7th streets
Caller advised he was threatened by another subject.

Unwanted subject
Canal Street
There is a homeless man beating on caller's and his mother's door. Officer advised will be clear/caller will call back if subject returns.

Reckless driver
101 E. College Avenue
White truck with cage in back is swerving all over the road. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Highway 90 and Victoria Street/will be clear/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male is there and he is not supposed to be there. Officer had contact with male.

Welfare check
1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Caller can hear the mother and daughter screaming at each other/daughter is in elementary, possibly 3rd or 4th grade.

Saturday, May 13

Loud party
Georgia and Gordon streets
Officer out with a named male who advised they are going to keep it down.

Battery
1313 E. 32nd Street
Advised a named male is refusing to leave after being discharged/caller called back advising male is being aggressive with staff. Officer in ER waiting room/male was picked up by his mother. Security staff called back advising the male had headbutted one of the security guards.

Criminal damage to property
607 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised she just viewed on camera that someone threw something through the front door of the office/it happened last night around 9 p.m.

Welfare check
602 N. Bullard Street
Caller advising she witnessed a male punch a baby saying, "I'm going to f**k him up." Officer advised was in the area when call came out/negative contact/will be clear.

Burglary
805 S. Hudson Street
Caller advised someone stole some chainsaws from his shed/advised the doors were left unlocked.

Criminal trespass warning
1301 Santa Rita Street
Kids are inside the building right now/they broke into the building/caller is eating his lunch at Penny Park and watched it happen. Officers have a bunch of kids in this building/en route to SCPD with two female juvies.

Domestic disturbance
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised sounds like a domestic from a white van in the parking lot. Officers advised have contact with a named male and a named female/they will leave the parking lot.

Fight
E. Kelly Street
Caller advised neighbors are fighting and one was down on the ground/does not know who they are/they are leaving now/caller disconnected the line. Officer made contact with a named male who advised he did get into a fight but doesn't know the other subject.

Unwanted subject
2501 E. Highway 180
Male near the grocery side is yelling at customers/they need him to leave/negative on a CTW at this time. Officer advised male will be leaving as soon as he gathers his belongings/male was highly irritated.

Aggravated battery
N. Gold Street
A named male is assaulting the homeowner/male threw a bike at him/they are arguing/there is now a firearm. Second caller advised homeowner has a firearm and is pointing it at the male/male is leaving on 6th. Officer advised will ATL the male.

Welfare check
1870 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male is lying on the bench in front of the carwash. Officer had contact with male.

Unattended death
Durango Street
40-year-old male not breathing/caller advised there is nothing he can do as he is disabled/advised he was calling his sister who is a medical person and disconnected the line. Officer advised to call OMI. R1 advised to cancel EMS/DOA.

Breaking and entering
Sheriff's Posse Road
Caller advised someone broke into her father's storage/it was two males/caller did catch them breaking in. Officer advised to send him another unit.

Unwanted subject
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male and a female were in line at the sandwich shop being rude, cussing and acting "crazy."

Accident-property damage
2642 E. Highway 180
Advised a blue car drove into the ditch near NAPA/female driver is okay/requesting wrecker. Attack2 advised patient refused medical treatment.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bayard Street
Caller advised a named male hit her daughter in the face then left in a white Dodge 1500/he was yelling at her/she told him to leave/then he punched her and also broke her phone. Officer advised to have county assist/still tied up on a vehicle accident.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Female ran out of the store with steaks.

Criminal trespass warning
1810 N. Swan Street
Male in front of the store has been asked twice to leave and he hasn't left/has a large dog with him/is not causing any problems/wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised Eric Gonzalez was issued a CTW.

Sunday, May 14

Disturbance
N. Gold Street
Caller advised a named male kicked her door open/he has been drinking/he left from the yard/there is damage to her door. Officers advised one in custody.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Caller advised her female friend is in a fight with her boyfriend/boyfriend has a knife and female is locked in the bathroom. Officers advised has contact with boyfriend/everything is okay/advised units enroute can downgrade/Dustin Patterson was issued an indefinite CTW for the apartment/will be clear/everything is okay/will be giving male a ride to the library.

Caller advised a named male and a named female are having a domestic/the female is being aggressive. Officer advised both subjects were intoxicated/all units clear/everything is okay/the male continued to state he had been punched in the . . .

Harassment
S. Bayard Street
Caller advised a named female was threatening to come to her home and fight her/this has to do with a domestic from last night. Officers made contact with caller.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Occurred yesterday. Was told by NMSP that the backpack the male shoplifted was retrieved by SCPD and caller wants to get it back/caller also has video ready. Officer advised to ATL for Sean Gueffroy and if located issue him a CTW for Walmart.

Welfare check
Georgia Street
Caller advised she and another co-worker of hers who is out-of-state received texts from a male that are not making sense and sounds like he may be wanting to harm himself. Officer made contact with male advising everything is okay/both units clear.

Disturbance
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller from GRMC security advised people are gathering in the parking lot and yelling at each other/they are heated/two men are the aggressors/another male is trying to de-escalate the situation.

Welfare check
315 S. Hudson Street – Hudson Plaza
Male throwing things and rocks at passing vehicles. Received another call that he is jumping in front of traffic. Officer has contact with the male/male is leaving.

Domestic disturbance
2501 E. Highway 180
Two females arguing. Officer out with the two females.

Domestic disturbance
Pinos Altos Road
A named male is fighting with his 15-year-old brother. Officer on scene/negative on all charges.

Missing persons
1313 E. 32nd Street – 10:19 p.m.
Caller advised he last saw his fiancé at GRMC at 7 p.m./both were transported there earlier today/GRMC-ER confirmed she was released at 9:05 p.m. Caller called back advising he found her.
