82-year-old male has been ill/advising he's been spitting up yellow and white foam/complaining of abdominal pain. Caller called back advising male is not breathing/he's spitting up black stuff/they are doing CPR/caller disconnected the line. Bayard PD officer advised patient is deceased.

Empire Street
Caller advised her neighbors are harassing her/it's been going on for four years. Officer advised Hal was issued a CTW to a Coffey Street address.

Caller advised subjects in a white vehicle were shooting down into the creek. Multiple units attempting to locate vehicle/negative contact.

N. Franey Street
Caller advised a named female is on his property and he does not want her there/negative on a CTW. Officer advised will be clear/female has agreed to go with him to Las Cruces.

Domestic disturbance
N. East Street
Caller advised her daughter is schizophrenic and is having an episode/she is throwing her belongings out of the apartment/she did get physical with her/negative on medical attention/caller is going to stay at the neighbor's until LE gets there.

Unwanted subject
Diamond Street
A named male is in caller's yard/he called and told her he was there/male was told to leave this weekend/caller wants a CTW on the male. Officer had contact with caller on the phone/negative contact with the male.

Dog bite
Grant Street
Advised she was bit by a dog earlier today/she was discharged from the hospital/wanted the incident documented.

Disturbance
N. Franey Street
Caller advised about five subjects are trying to fight in front of her residence/it's verbal so far.

Arizona Avenue -- 3:31 a.m.
Caller advised she is scared of her son/he was outside a while ago throwing things at the neighbors/he is now inside and caller is concerned for her safety. Deputy spoke to both parties/they will be separating for night.

Caller advised his wife is texting him advising she is going to kill herself and no one will know/she is continuously texting caller/advising she is "going to do it right" this time/told caller he does not love her enough to stop her. Deputy advised everything is okay/units clear.

Mental health complaint
Arizona Avenue – 6:02 p.m.
Caller advised his son is schizophrenic and out of control/they cannot handle it anymore and he needs to be taken out of the house/son is outside right now. Deputies spoke with parents and son.

Caller advised his vehicle was broken into/everything she had stored in the vehicle was taken/windows were busted out.

A named male is in the store and he has a CTW/not causing any issues/just refusing to leave and talking to himself. Deputy was advised. NMSP officer has one in custody.
