1330 E. 32nd Street
A named male stole some items/acted like he was going to hit the manager/left very irate/walking toward SHS. Officers advised negative contact on 32nd, Swan, and Fowler/en route back to store to return some items/an indefinite CTW was issued to Benjamin (no last name in blotter) for GRMC except for medical, and the CTW was re-issued to Dollar General.

Accident-property damage
1600 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
25-year-old female/pregnant/was rear-ended. E22 advised cleared by TAC1. Officer advised negative on any injuries or damage.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter – 11:59 a.m.
Caller advised a named male is threatening to hurt himself/he is in possession of a knife/now walking off property headed north. Officer advised male was located/he advised he is okay.

Battery
17th and N. Corbin streets
Caller advising he was crossing the street when a male driver pulled up, yelled at caller, then proceeded to punch him in the face/caller was very irate and disconnected line. Officer advised out with caller at a Silver Heights Blvd. address.

Caller advised he hasn't been able to get in contact with an 81-year-old female for over a month. Officer made contact with female.

Battery
Gough Park
Caller advised a named male is fighting with everyone by the picnic tables/caller keeps hanging up the phone and refusing to give info. Officers made contact with the male, two other males, and caller.

Criminal trespass
2501 E. Highway 180
A named male is in the store and he has a CTW. Officer had negative contact.

1007 Pope Street
First floor front desk/panic alarm activation. Caller advised someone accidentally pushed the button.

Male in the middle of the roadway/vehicles are swerving to go around him. Officer out with the male/he left upon request.

Male with no shirt trying to start a fight/caller can hear the male screaming and yelling. Officer advised the male to stay away from Domino's.

Male with long hair walking with a stick and hitting things with the stick/walking down Bullard. Officer had contact with male who advised he is okay.

Criminal damage to property
Fran Drive
Advised she just got home and her flag pole was damaged.

Disturbance
Debby Drive
Advised that her nephew showed up and grabbed her sister and pulled her out of the room/he is abusive toward her. Can hear caller yelling at someone in the background/sister is elderly. Officer to see if contact with the sister can be made and ascertain if she is okay.

1307 N. Swan Street – S.P.I.N. – Support People In Need
Advised he can hear screaming and yelling/several males yelling at each other. Officers made contact with two males who advised that nobody was fighting and there was no disturbance.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS – 7:53 p.m.
Needs a named male removed from the property/he is being aggressive with staff. Officer advised the male left upon request.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS – 8:37 p.m.
Advised the named male is back on the property/they need him to leave for a couple of days.

Domestic disturbance
1040 E. Highway 180
A named male in Room 216 is not wanting to answer the door/female is downstairs and stated it was physical/he was pushing the female around. Officer advised both parties left prior to arrival.

Criminal trespass warning
1810 N. Swan Street – 10:27 p.m.
Advised a male is banging on the door harassing the clerk and calling the clerk a "bitch."/wants a CTW issued. Officer re-issued Eddie Herrera the CTW and he left the property.

Unwanted subject
610 N. Silver Street – SOS – 11:47 p.m.
The named male is back on the property/not causing issues at this time/but they do not want him on the property for a couple of days. Officer advised to issue Eddie Herrera an indefinite CTW until Monday.

Saturday, July 15

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 and Ranch Club Road
Advised a female approached his vehicle asking for a ride stating she and her boyfriend were having problems/caller stated both were in the middle of the road.

31st Street
Advised his wife is out in the road stopping cars/acting very unusual/she has a history of psychotic behavior/she is knocking on neighbors' doors. Officers en route to female's residence/advised negative contact with female.

Alabama Street
Caller advised she hasn't been able to get hold of a named male for two days/he has a history of heart problems/they normally talk every day/caller is out of town. Officer made contact with male who advised he is okay and will call caller/he just got a new phone.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller from San Diego has not heard from his sister in two days. Officer made contact with sister/everything is okay/was advised to contact her brother.

Assault
1700 Mountain View Road
Caller advised a named female threw a stapler at her head then left in a grey SUV/caller refused medical. Officer requested ambulance for 38-year-old female with bump on back of her head/nauseous and dizzy.

Caller from Ohio advised she hasn't heard from a named couple in a month/caller is their cousin. Officer had negative contact.

121 W. 12th Street
A named male is inside the building/caller is watching the business for the owners/male is sitting inside at the table not causing any issues. Officer issued Matthew Fox a CTW for 12th Street Laundry.

Subject possibly passed out. Officer advised Irvan Flores has two active warrants/request ambulance for lethargic male who has been drinking and is unable to stay awake/negative on male being in custody/hospital will call if he starts to cause problems.

Advised a male is holding up a lighter. Officer had negative contact.

Advised a little boy in a diaper is running up the hill/a couple of cars were following him. Officer had negative contact.

Caller was told his tenants are arguing. Officer did a walk-through with negative contact with anyone.

One male was leaning on caller's vehicle/she asked a female to leave and she refused/there are three people outside/wants them to leave. Officer advised subjects left prior to arrival.

Market and N. Arizona streets
A named male is yelling at someone in the street. Officer issued Casey Munoz a CTW for a N.
Texas Street address.

1600 16th Street – MVSA
A female posted a note on the bulletin board that she is "dead."/wants someone to check to make sure she is not having suicidal ideations.

Criminal trespass warning
200 N. Bullard Street
Advised that a named male, who already has a CTW, is blocking the front door and refusing to leave.

N. Corbin Street
Advised that a named male is drunk and causing problems/he is yelling at the female.

Sunday, July 16

Welfare check
1500 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advising a male and a female are arguing/they are now getting physical/they have run off. Officers had contact with both at Highway 180 and Pope Street.

Domestic disturbance
North Loop
Caller advised her boyfriend took her Xbox/she is following him. She was advised to not follow him. Caller advised "I am not taking your advice." Boyfriend is running toward Lintero Apartments. Officers out with male at County Storage/verbal domestic/negative contact with caller.

Suspicious vehicle
1956 E. Highway 180
Blue Dodge Durango occupied by a tall male and a short female/possibly pregnant/male does have a CTW. Officer had contact with both advising they can stay until they get their vehicle running.

Vehicle burglary
409 N. Hudson Street
Someone broke into caller's vehicle and stole items.

2501 E. Highway 180
A named female is at Walmart intoxicated and lying on the floor while baby is in the basket/she is in the aisle where the pickles are/she is now lying over the basket/she is now in the vegetables/now she is in the shoe department yelling at the baby. Officer advised have contact with the female.

Mental health complaint
610 N. Silver Street – SOS
Caller advised a named male is in a state of psychosis/he is paranoid and asking staff questions which don't make sense. Officer advised Michael White is off the property and not allowed back for the day.

Fight
201 E. 14th Street
Fight between employees and an employee's mother. Officer advised parties are separated/everything is okay/units clear.

Burglary
Valley Vista
Caller advised her TV was stolen/she has not been home for a few days/door was locked/no one else has a key/does not appear to have forced entry.

1301 N. Hudson Street
Male is drinking and yelling either in the park or at the bank.

E. Kelly Street
Homeless person is harassing caller and his son. Michael White was issued an indefinite CTW for this location.

Unattended death
Cardinal Lane
40-year-old female unresponsive/cold to the touch. Caller advised a female friend stayed at his house last night and when (?) woke up this morning she was talking to caller/advising he took a shower and took a nap and when he woke up he found the female unresponsive/believes she is beyond any help.

Shoplifting
123 W. 12th Street
Female stole a bottle of alcohol and left walking toward 12th Street Laundry. Officer out at the Snappy Mart.

Welfare check
1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90
Male lying on the shoulder of the roadway/has a dog with him. Caller called back advising male got up and walked away.

Breaking and entering
E. Daniel Street
Advised someone broke into her residence. Officers on scene checking to see if anyone was inside.

Domestic disturbance
Summit Road
Advised that a named female is inside the residence, intoxicated and refusing to leave. Officer issued Mercedes Featheringill an indefinite CTW for this address/female in unit en route to an Arizona Street address.
