Caller advised his wife's family is harassing her and she refuses to call LE/'they' are down the road/LE will need to call wife when they approach the gate. Deputy advised made contact with (redacted)/unknown on what vehicle 'they' . . .

Larceny
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised someone stole mail out of her mailbox on July 3. Deputy was advised/had negative contact.

Disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
A named female is fighting and cursing with caller's daughter and daughter is crying really bad/she is not letting daughter get her things. Deputy arrived at the residence and made contact with caller who stated the female had left the residence.

Welfare check
T&M Dairy Road – Hanover
CYFD requesting welcheck on children who were last seen at this address with father/he does not have primary custody/caller has been unable to make contact with children. Deputies advised negative contact/neighbor advised they saw them earlier this morning.

Bandoni Drive
Check on three kids/all 11-years-old/father is very aggressive and the kids are scared/caller said one of the kids told her. Deputy advised will be en route once an arrestee is in holding cell/spoke with caller.

Dispatch can hear her on the line. Deputy was advised. Second caller advising neighbor is outside yelling. Deputy had contact at address/neighbor was fine/was yelling at her kids.

Saturday, July 22

Domestic disturbance
Filaree Road
Caller advised she and her mother are fighting/she locked her mother out of the house and does not want to get physical with her/mother just came back inside the house/mother is threatening her. Caller advising, "She has a key and I don't, so she is probably going to win," then yelled and disconnected the line.

Game and Fish
Village and Little Walnut roads
Injured deer. NMSP officer advised gave the female the contact information for Game and Fish in case she wanted it for her wolf farm.

Suicide threat
Little Walnut Road area
No report.

Vehicle burglary
Ocotillo Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised her vehicle was broken into again/visible damage to outside.

Missing persons
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised she has not seen her brother since Thursday/he was not located anywhere he normally goes/she gave him a ride to Walmart on Thursday/stepdad advised he never came home.

Disturbance
Highway 152 – MM 12-13 (1-2 miles west of Highway 35 junction)
Advised that her son is acting crazy/he is walking in the middle of the road/she can no longer see him. Deputy ATL.

Domestic disturbance
11793 Highway 180
Female is yelling, "He is trying to kill me," "He is coming at me." Caller advised her uncle tried to kill himself/caller then heard a gunshot and went outside and he was pointing a gun at her when she called 911/he is 14-years-old.

Disturbance
Palo Verde and Briarwood drives
Male and female subjects arguing in the middle of the road on Briarwood/can hear them cussing/has something to do with a father and a minor. Deputy out with one female.

Sunday, July 23

Larceny
Mobile Drive
Caller advised someone stole a generator from his property/it was chained near the well/chain was cut/believes his son took it. Deputies were advised.

Welfare check
W. Cedar Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised she has not heard from her 2-year-old son in 12 hours/her three sons are with their dad. Deputy made contact with all three children/everything is okay.

Missing persons
W. Highway 180 – Mangas Valley
Advising she took a shower and when she got out her 66-year-old husband with Alzheimer's was gone/last seen about 45 minutes ago on foot wearing just underwear/blue underwear/one tennis shoe and one sandal. Deputies have contact with male/wife requesting ambulance for male to be evaluated. EMS1 advised to page in 2.

Peterson Drive – Arenas Valley
An elderly female just showed up at caller's house/she is very disoriented and told caller she parked her vehicle at a church. Deputy dropped female off at Glad Tidings Church.

Welfare check
Hermana Street – Arenas Valley
Can hear a female yelling and screaming. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay.
