Caller advising he heard a gunshot coming from the area of his parents' house and heard his nephew's voice and his mom crying. Caller resides down the hill and said everything echoes and that's how he heard it. Advised his parents are always having trouble with his nephew who resides with them. Deputy advised everything is okay.

S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Caller advising her named friend texted her advising "Call 911. I am hurt." Deputy requested ambulance to location/possibly broken knee/struck right cheek/fingers are bleeding/44-year-old male. Deputy advised one in investigative detention. EMS1 advised to page in 2.

Grand Mesa Drive
Caller from Guadalupe Montessori School advised a named female is a new employee and did not show up for work since last Wednesday/children were enrolled in school and were to start classes today and they have not showed up to school/she is not answering any calls or texts. Deputy advised female is okay/advising she just does not want to work there anymore.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 131-132 (Grant County Airport Road to one mile east)
Small silver SUV parked on the shoulder. NMSP officer advised en route to Deming/will check out the vehicle.

Welfare check
Shadow Mountain and Grandview roads
Can see headlights as if they are in the creek/stated she did hear a vehicle struggling. Deputy is going to be on foot/caller is going to point them in the right direction. Deputies advised everything is okay/spoke with caller who advised the vehicle was her husband and some movers/they are going to go back and secure it.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

Criminal damage to property
Cripple Creek Road – 3:50 a.m.
A named male is outside damaging her home trying to get inside her residence/he is now inside one of her sheds/screen to window is damaged. Male in background asking where his belongings are/he is sitting in his white Ford F350 by the mailboxes.

Unwanted subject
Cripple Creek Road – 6:52 a.m.
Caller advised a named male is trying to get into her home through the back door/can see his white Ford F350 outside. Caller called back advising male got into her house and took her phone and threw it at her/he is back outside/he is with a named female.

Accident-injuries
Bonita and Lance drives
Two cars – 2011 Cadillac vs Kia car/one person with a head injury. Second caller advised 15-year-old friend is bleeding from his head/another victim, approximately 27-years-old, hit her head and is unconscious. EMS1 advised to check Native 32.

DV order violation
Partridge Drive
Husband is violating DVO by not leaving the house.

Harassment
W. Pine Street – Santa Clara
Deputy met with walk-in who advised her sister told her that a named male has been harassing her and her dogs/he has been shooting her dogs with a BB or pellet gun/she is now afraid to go outside/she has made several reports but nothing has been done.

Harper Road – Redrock
Needs missing package report for Amazon package missing.

Unwanted subject
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Son is causing issues/refusing to leave/keeps putting a hunting knife down and picking it up like he is going to cut himself and then go for her/believes he has mental health issues.

Criminal trespass warning
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised he let a named male stay with him/believes he is under the influence of narcotics/he threw food all over the house/put pills in his dog's food/he did leave the home/unknown where he went. Deputy in area ATL.

Wednesday, Sept. 20
Unwanted subject
Cripple Creek Road – 9:40 a.m.
Caller advising a named male is at her residence. Dispatch could hear him knocking on the door. Caller advised he left the property in a white Ford F350 headed toward Silver.

Accident-property damage
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller in black Hyundai Sonata advised a brown Ford pickup backed into his vehicle/no injuries.

Accident-property damage
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller in grey Nissan Altima vs white Ford truck/no injuries.

Welfare check
Lost Spring Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her mother-in-law doesn't have utilities and has been using candles which are burning holes in the plastic she has them sitting on/she lives alone/she is currently doing an APS referral. Deputy checked on the party who needed to be checked on.

Larceny
XYZ Ranch Road – Arenas Valley
Caller stated his debit card was stolen from his wallet that was at his house/believes it was his brother who took it.

Vehicle vs deer. Santa Clara PD officer requesting if NMSP officer can be sent out.

Thursday, Sept. 21

Criminal trespass
N. Swan Street
Caller advised people are walking dogs on his property/this is an ongoing issue/requesting a frequent patrol.

Criminal damage to property
S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Caller advised she was kidnapped by her ex on Monday. Advising he was released from GCDC on Tuesday morning and he has been texting her off and on since he got out. Caller just got home and her door seems to have been tampered with/she is unable to get inside her home/she is very afraid of the male/would like a deputy to respond.

Lobo Drive – Cliff
Advising sister was at caller's residence a couple of days ago but left because she was afraid of the squatters who are living in his home/advising senior center is refusing to deliver food to him as they are also afraid of these people/the named male is wheelchair bound. Deputy spoke with the male who advised he was okay/had everything he needs/and people who are around him helping . . .

Criminal damage to property
Rio de Arenas Road
Named male on property damaging property/caller is calling for owner who is not home/male just left in a silver SUV. Deputy had contact with male at a trailer space/he is in investigative detention/Brian was issued a CTW for the entire RDA Trailer Park/he left the property.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised she is having issues with the park manager/manager pointed a rifle-type gun at caller's dog and pointed the stick at caller/manager told caller if her dog attacks her she was going to shoot the dog/manager's children also threatened to harm caller and her dog.
