Caller advised her partner died between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m./he was sick/but it was expected. He was not on hospice. He got up to do a breathing treatment and then passed. Deputy advised to call out OMI.

Weapons fired
Pine Street – Santa Clara
Advised her neighbors are shooting at her dogs. XCPD officer advised out at a Bard Street address/it was a BB gun/none of the animals were hurt/it was assumed they were shot/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – Rio de Arenas Snappy
Male walking west in the middle of the road. Deputy made contact with male who was out of the street.

Criminal trespass
Highway 152 and Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised 5-6 subjects are trespassing on his property. Caller called back advising subjects are off his property and does not need anyone to respond.

Saturday, Sept. 23

DV order violation
S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Caller advised (redacted) is violating the emergency DVO/he is texting her/he was served/some of the texts are threatening.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 124 (Bayard Cemetery)
Female and male hitting each other in a dark-colored truck/female was slapping the male and pulling on the steering wheel/parked on the side of the highway. Officer and deputy had negative contact with vehicle.

Harassment
Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her daughter's boyfriend is harassing her over Facebook.

Disturbance
Cliff Fairgrounds
(Redacted) was issued a CTW for Grant County Fairgrounds.

Sunday, Sept. 24

Liquor laws
Cliff Fairgrounds
Minor allowing.

Domestic disturbance
Western Drive
Caller advised she was struck several times by one of the (redacted)/she is no longer at the residence/she is at a neighbor's. Deputy advised one female in unit en route to El Refugio/en route to Denny's.

Welfare check
Bill Evans
Caller advised two girls have possibly been kidnapped/the people who abducted them also sexually harassed caller/the girls are 7-years-old and are supposed to go back with their mother. Deputies made contact with caller/she advised that she wanted to report two missing female kids from Texas and . . .

Game and Fish
Highway 180 – MM 124-125 (Bayard Cemetery to 1 mile east)
Injured deer in middle of highway. Officer advised got deer out of road.
