Caller advised there is a dent in his car door and the mirror is knocked off/there is also damage to the fender/looks like rocks were thrown at it.

Caller advised (redacted) took his phone and threw it/they struggled over the phone/he is out of breath/they are friends and they also fought last night. Caller refused medical/they both want LE. 29-year-old female with lacerations/negative on any bleeding/was having trouble breathing.

Budge Drive
Tenant was evicted three days ago and is still at the property. Officer had contact with (redacted)/CTW was issued Mar. 13, 2022.

Caller advised he found his sister in a grey car fighting with a named male/caller advised he saw the male holding a gun and pointing it at his sister/caller was able to get the gun away and the male took off toward the golf course/caller lost the vehicle.

Officer advised Pine and Aurora. Pursuit started on Hutchinson with (redacted) running through the alley.

A named male is on her porch/she only saw him on camera. Officers advised on foot on Boulder Street/clear from Morrow/will be ATLing/back in unit. Caller called back advising male is back on the porch/her husband let him in the house.

Caller wants two males trespassed due to making threats on social media. Deputy advised to pend for XCFD/XCFD officer advised to have Bayard PD officer return to station as incident took place in Bayard.

Advised a named male keeps jumping his fence and going onto his property. Officer advised clear/negative contact with male/will continue to frequent patrol/will issue CTW if contact is made.
