Shoplifting
1502 N Silver Heights Blvd.
Advised that a male left the store in an older 4dr car with Arizona plates/unknown what was taken/just advised he was holding a large box underneath his shirt. Officer ran the plate/no record found.

Harassment
N. Bayard Street
Caller is being harassed by a female with an Arizona number. Officer made contact with caller who advised the numbers are identifying themselves as "Adobe Care"/ they are asking for personal information and making caller feel uncomfortable. Officer advised caller to block the numbers and to not . . .

Reckless driver
Pinos Altos Road and E. Pine Street
Advised a vehicle is following her around the area near Ace Hardware due to a road rage incident/it is a black Ford F150.

Welfare check
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised the violinist out in front of Albertson's has been there two days and their toddlers are running in the parking lot. Caller called back advising the mother hit the child/they are in a older model blue van/caller had video of mother striking the child in the face.

Harassment
2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Advised a named male threatened her with a taser/her husband witnessed the incident as well. Officer made contact with caller who stated the male sparked his taser at a dog that was barking downstairs.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a drunk male with alcohol Shooter is sitting under the patio on the GM side/wants him removed from property. Officer re-issued CTW for Walmart to Eugene Lynn and will be en route to GRMC.

Unwanted subject
E. 20th Street
Sleeping on the couch of the KISS office/the named female is refusing to leave without a ride/requested that the female leaves the property/negative on a CTW. Officer made contact with the female and asked her to grab her belongings . . .

Welfare check
N. Swan and E. 12th streets
Teenage female with unzipped jean shorts walking very distraught. Officer made contact with the female who stated she was just walking and she wasn't crying.

Suspicious vehicle
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a green SUV is parked behind the location. Officer out with a named male/clear/everything is okay.

Welfare check
E. Pine Street
Caller advised her 4-year-old daughter is with the father and he is not answering his phone. Officer made contact with both child and father/everything is okay/calling caller who stated thank you for checking on her daughter.

Game and Fish
N. Cheyenne Street
Deer stuck in fence. Officer able to get deer out/clear.

Welfare check
N. Bennett and E. Market streets
Caller advising a male is in the middle of the roadway/possibly fell off his bike/possibly injured. Female caller did not feel comfortable stopping to check on him in the dark. Officer out with a named male at Yankie and Bennett/everything is okay/male advised he is going to go home.

2945 E. Highway 180
Deer in roadway still alive. Deer was put down/one shot fired.

Saturday, Nov. 4

Welfare check
E. 6th and N. Bullard streets
A male has taken all his clothes off and is wearing only underwear/there are children in the area and this is not acceptable. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Harassment
2333 Sheriff's Posse Road
Advised she approached a white Corolla in Stall #5 that are being belligerent with the workers. Subjects left prior to arrival.

Welfare check
Visitor Center
Male is trying to take the meter off the charging station. Officer out with Frank Gomez/he was re-issued a CTW on Oct. 13/subject was re-issued CTW for Visitor Center and left upon request.

Reckless driver
2501 E. Highway 180
Advised subject was driving all over the roadway/subject pulled into Walmart parking lot. Officer had contact with the vehicle in Row 4/had contact with the driver/driver had a valid Class D driver's license/clear.

Accident-property damage
Silver Heights Blvd. and E. 14th Street
Caller advising she was rear-ended/she is in a grey Kia/the other vehicle is a white car/both vehicles are pulling into Lotaburger.

Accident-injuries
101 E. College Avenue
Caller advised someone just wrecked into the wall @ Q's/it is a Chevy Tracker/they are out of the vehicle/two subjects involved.

S. Highway 90 -- La Plata Mobile Manor
Officers advised deer in roadway/deer is out of the roadway.

Welfare check
Lamina Loop
Caller advised his 7-year-old son is with the mother and the son mentioned the mother was drinking wine/per their parenting plan, caller stated, neither parent is supposed to drink alcohol while they have their son with them. Officer advised no violations have been committed/will call caller.

Larceny
206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a female just stole his cell phone/advised the store clerk gave it to her. Caller advised he forgot his phone at the store and when he went back for it the clerk told him the female told her that she knew caller so she gave the phone to her. Officer was advised.

32nd Street Bypass @ Ben Altamirano Sports Complex
Caller advising 4-5 kids standing on the side of the road. Officer had negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
200 N. Bullard Street
Male who has a CTW is standing just outside the side door entrance. Officers out with the named male on Hudson and Broadway.

Sunday, Nov. 5

Domestic disturbance
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised her 18-year-old son is out of control/he left saying he is going to kill himself/he has been taking fentanyl. Officer out with caller.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Male loading up a backpack/he stole another backpack full of items an hour ago/caller has it on video. Caller called back advising male ran from him/dropped a big knife/caller has the knife/ran down the hill toward Sonic. Officer had negative contact with the male.

Unwanted subject
123 W. 12th Street
Two homeless males are freebasing by the dumpsters. Officer out with five subjects/clerk advised he does not want subject there any longer/negative on CTW.

Suspicious vehicle
2700 N. Silver Street – swimming pool
Officer out with a named female/advised her she had three hours to get her vehicle off the property.

Aggravated battery
Skate Park
19-year-old male saying send everyone/he is in the park injured/he says the people have left/all were on bikes or on foot. Officer advised in the area ATL/negative contact.

Unwanted subject
1105 E. Highway 180
Male went into the store and threatened to batter caller/he already left. Officer made contact with caller who stated the male was talking amongst his co-workers and was saying profane language to his employees when a woman customer confronted . . .
