Caller advised she has not had contact with her 45-year-old brother, who is mentally ill with bipolar and schizophrenia, since Wednesday. Officer advised made contact with brother who advised he is okay/his phone had died/will call his sister.

Stolen U-Haul out on contract/made contact and the renters are refusing to return the trailer/out of Deming. Officer advised will call Luna County dispatch to see if deputy may go to location in Deming/Deming PD will go to a location and attempt contact with the trailer.

Checked female’s driver’s license.

Stolen motor vehicle
Gila Street
Caller advised he lent his vehicle to a named female/advised the vehicle was taken without permission last Monday/white 2004 Buick Park Avenue from Arizona. Ran two driver’s licenses and one registration.

Burglary
16th Street
Someone broke in and took a Fuji camera, tools, automobile parts, and clothes/gained access through the garage door. The keys to his Porsche 944 are missing as well.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 and 32nd Street Bypass
Red Kia passing a lot of vehicles at a high rate of speed going toward Tri-City area. Santa Clara PD officer went traffic with red Kia Sportage SUV and four occupants on Highway 180 at the shooting range.

N. Gold Street
Caller advised she was notified by her son’s ex-girlfriend that her son texted her saying, “He was no longer going to be around”/they recently broke up so doesn’t know if this was just a threat. Caller called back advising to cancel/she just got to son’s home and he is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
703 Silver Heights Blvd.
Female was in the restroom for about 10 minutes and when she left there was a weird odor/she left about five minutes ago on foot toward the ditch/male with a gash on his head and walking a dog was with her. Officer had negative contact/will be out at Denny’s.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

Criminal trespass warning
703 Silver Heights Blvd. – 2:01 a.m.
A named male is intoxicated and harassing customers and employees/he has gone into the kitchen/was getting violent and aggressive/was trying to get caller to go outside and fight him/he is now outside in front of the restaurant/he just went back into the restaurant and is sitting at the bar/want him issued a CTW.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Male and female fighting physically upstairs. Officer advised at the apartment/negative contact/clear.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
A named male stole a bottle of alcohol and is being a bit aggressive and uncooperative. Officer requested ambulance for the male who is experiencing dizziness. EMS3 advised following officer en route to the hospital.

Unwanted subject
1610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Advised a subject covered with a blanket is sleeping in front of the building/she is the only employee there and is afraid to get out of her vehicle/it is an all-female business/wants person issued a CTW. Greg Smith was issued an indefinite CTW and agreed to move on.

Silver High School
Advised that an unknown student is harassing other students online. Officer advised that staff was talked to and advised the officer they will contact the parents of the children and get back in touch.

111 S. Texas Street – Gospel Mission
Caller advised a subject is refusing to leave and disconnected the line. Officer advised the male subject agreed to move along and left the property.

Advised a male keeps dancing in front of the doors/he left toward the walking bridge by the charging station. Officer advised ATL the area/clear.

Male lying on the sidewalk. Officer out with the male/no CTWs for Food Basket.

3420 E. Highway 180
Requesting to issue a named female a CTW for the hotel/she was causing issues/she left in a vehicle. A named male advised that the female went to his work and was honking and yelling/he didn’t want to get into trouble with work so he got into the vehicle and was now being held against his will/she did pull over and drop him off at a Little Walnut Road address/she left in a Toyota Corolla toward Highway 180. Officer advised to put out ATL for Alyssa Medina to be issued an indefinite CTW . . .

2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Caller advised a male is outside yelling at a female in the apartment above hers/caller went outside to see what the banging was and he yelled at caller, “What the hell do you want?”/three children, ages 10, 12, and 14-years-of-age, are in the home. Officers made contact with a named male and a named female/they were advised to keep it down and to stop arguing/the male stated he could be loud because it wasn’t 10 p.m./officers stated to them . . .

2501 E. Highway 180
Two females outside were trying to fight three females who were inside/they were throwing boxes at each other when they were inside.

2289 Superior
Male and female arguing inside/verbal only/female just walked outside yelling/male is in the restroom/want a CTW issued to the female. Officer advised Alyssa Medina was issued an indefinite CTW for Wendy’s/male staying on scene waiting for another ride.

1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male is parked in the ambulance bay acting belligerent/he is yelling for help but will not allow anyone to help him/he is cussing at staff/unknown female is driving him/male just got out of vehicle walking toward 32nd Street/he asked nurses for fentanyl/advising them he was just at the jail and they beat him up and broke his hip/female was driving a white Compass but is no longer on scene.

Officer advised music was lowered.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

Harassment
33rd Street
A named female is harassing caller over messenger after she filed charges. Officer spoke with caller who decided to block both the female and her boyfriend.

S. Corbin Street
Caller advised she hasn’t heard from her sister in two days, when sister sent caller a text saying she was in an abusive relationship and couldn’t take it anymore/ether she attempted to take her life or she suffered physical abuse because she was in the hospital/sister doesn’t drive/sister is on probation.

Highway 180 and Memory Lane
Advised he is lost and doesn’t know where he is at/doesn’t remember where he parked his vehicle/he parked next to a church/there were two churches in the area/he was driving a motor home/he is very cold and has his dog with him. Advised one in unit en route to First Baptist Church on Swan Street.

1401 Silver Heights Blvd.
Advised a named male was there trying to steal a power tool battery pack/he left on foot/would like a CTW issued. Put out ATL for Eddie Jacquez/if contact issue CTW for Sun Valley.

E. Highway 180 and Sheriff’s Posse Road
Male in a white truck parked on side of the roadway/head hanging down. Officer had negative contact.

Shoplifting
212 W. Broadway
There is someone trying to steal cigarettes from the store. Second caller advised they are fighting inside the store and destroying the place. Officer out with Billy Blackburn/two warrants/one out of Judge Grijalva’s court for failure to pay/resisting/$379 cash, and a second out of Judge Clark’s court for DWI bond to be set.

Male screaming in the lobby/caller wants him removed. Out with male/he left the property.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller has a named male on the phone who is saying he has suicidal ideations and is having a seizure. 41-year-old male having a seizure/negative on emergency/negative on actively seizing.

2633 E. Highway 180
A named male is in the store/has already purchased his items. Is staying in the store being loud, yelling, and being disruptive/wants him issued a CTW. Officer issued Danny Perry the CTW/he left upon request.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Male took five bottles of alcohol/left running toward Denny’s. Officer spoke to caller who advised footage will be ready the next day/attempted to locate the male but was unsuccessful.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS
Caller advised he can hear a young female yelling for help/she has been yelling since yesterday. Officer had negative contact on Mountain View/will be out at SOS.

Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised she is hearing a female yelling “Give me back my money.” Officer advised making contact with caller/CTW was issued to a female.

Thursday, Nov. 23

Intoxicated persons
Fran Drive
Caller advised her husband is intoxicated and paranoid/needs someone to get him to calm down. Officer advised everything is okay/advised he will go to bed.

Domestic disturbance
W. Kelly Street
Caller advised her boyfriend’s 16-year-old daughter is hitting her/daughter is now outside/caller disconnected the line. Dispatch called back and caller advised daughter is on the street with her husband/refusing medical/caller disconnected the line again. Officer ID’d caller.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ In and Out Lube
Male was lying on the highway/just crawled across to the sidewalk/he did fall and was unstable walking earlier/possibly intoxicated.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Happened around 7 p.m./does have footage ready.
