Silver City – We are headed into the cold but Silver City Public Library has an escape with January Teen and Children’s programming made possible by the Friends of the Library.
We have most of our programming on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Calling all future engineers. Come play with LEGO. Tuesday, January 2 at 4pm.
Play games with us on Game Day. We have an assortment of games or you can bring your own. Tuesday, January 9 at 4pm.
Come program and build robots. We have three new ones to try! Thursday, January 11 at 4pm.
January Craft. Come make snowmen with us! Tuesday, January, 16 at 4pm.
Minecraft club! Come play the popular video game. Explore Realms and go on adventure. Thursday, January 18 at 4pm.
Come to our family movie. This one is about following your dreams and being true to yourself. Tuesday, January 23 at 4pm.
Squishy Circuits. Play with connective dough. Thursday, January 25 at 4pm.
Calling all future engineers. Come play with LEGO. Saturday, January 27 at 1pm.
Come read and learn about manga. If you are new or experienced we are happy to welcome you to Manga Day. Tuesday, January 30 at 4pm.
Other ongoing, weekly events offered by the Library include:
· Babytime Tuesdays at 10:00 am. Stories, songs, rhymes and movement for infants 0-24 months and their caregivers. Made possible by Imagination Library; and
· Storytime Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Stories, songs, and rhymes for children up to five years of age and their caregivers.
