Walk-in advised her husband tried to strangle her/he is still at home/walk-in and her children and her mother are at SCPD/walk-in is very upset.

Caddell Crossing – Santa Clara
Caller advised someone broke in and stole the monitor for their cameras.

Disturbance
Geronimo Street – North Hurley
Several men yelling at each other over property. Open line/man stated the address/yelling continued/line disconnected. Second caller advised (redacted) is living in the house on the property/caller just needs to tow the motorhome which is broke down/(redacted) is under the influence/tow company is on scene and will leave if LE doesn't show up/caller advised (redacted) already "went at him."

11600 E. Highway 180
Deer in the ditch. Attempted to call dead deer guy/no answer/left message.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Kirkland Road
Male passed out on the eastbound side of the highway. Second caller advised male is walking headed toward Kirkland Road. Deputy advised out with male/will be giving him a ride to Bayard/male dropped off at Mingo's Party Place.

Assault
North Hurley Road
A named male is shooting at her dog with a pellet gun/her son saw it/happened 5-10 minutes ago/it is an ongoing issue/dog is now inside. Second caller advised that the neighbor's dog was in his yard/neighbor is threatening him.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Azteca
Advised she is having an argument with her ex/it is verbal. Deputy advised all verbal parties will separate for the night.

Tuesday, Apr. 23

Fraud/embezzlement
Fawn Court
Deputy advised spoke with walk-in who explained he and his wife have been receiving threatening and fraudulent emails the last six months.

Domestic disturbance
Meadow Hawk Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised the daughter and the husband are fighting/it is physical/her son has blood all over his face. Deputies advised juvenile female issued indefinite CTW to location/released back to mother/deputy and CYFD clear.

Welfare check
Camino Azteca
Caller advised her daughter called saying a named subject was being verbally aggressive with her and her children/ caller advised LE responded last night and nothing was done about it. Per deputy have NMSP assist.

Domestic disturbance
Bill Evans Reservoir
Received third party call of a male being physical with a female/line was disconnected/call came through Catron County Dispatch. Second caller advised a named subject is hitting her mom.

Male walking in the middle of North Hurley Road.

Cleveland Street – Santa Clara – 9:17 p.m.
Deputy advised kids are okay/getting ready for bed/will call caller back and advise.

Criminal trespass warning
East Street – Bayard
Caller believes he can see his nephew trying to get in through the window of his residence. Deputy had contact with nephew.

Domestic disturbance
1001 Prescott Street
A named male was fighting with her/throwing things around/threatened to stab her/he hit her with a stick/he is outside/she is pregnant. BPD officer out with Jeremy Padilla/one in investigative detention/deputy giving him a ride down the street.

Wednesday, Apr. 24

Unwanted subject
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male needs to be issued a CTW/he is at this address right now. Deputy advised will be calling caller first.

Criminal sexual penetration
Johnson Road – Sunrise Estates
Possible sexual abuse of four children/(redacted) is there with them/they are at College Street Plaza.

Welfare check
Monte Vista -- Hurley
Caller advised she last heard from a named female three months ago/she should be living with her stepson. Caller was able to provide very limited info. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Kirkland Road
Possible domestic. Female walked from Kirkland toward Highway 180/male was following her in his vehicle/he just arrived home again. Deputy had negative contact in the area so far/made contact with the male who stated he and his ex were arguing/she wanted to walk and he offered her a ride which she refused.

Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised subjects from Texas have been harassing them about puppies they co-bred. Deputy had contact with caller.

Game and Fish
Little Walnut Road
Advised dead deer on side of the roadway. Spoke to dead deer guy/advised he will pick it up.

Welfare check
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Stated her son was stating he was going to kill himself/he was taken to the hospital last night after taking two pills.
