Jonell Holladay 1 rsJonell Holladay 2 rsJonell Clara Holladay (Taylor), 76 passed from complications of Multiple Sclerosis on July 3, 2016 in her home Fort Mohave, AZ.

Jonell was born in Tyrone, NM on August 7, 1939 and spend most of her youth in the Silver City area spending summers on a family ranch with her family.

In 1957 Jonell's family moved to Long Beach, CA where she graduated High School.

Jonell met and married Stanley "Corky" Holladay in 1959 and together they raised a family of four children while maintaining careers within the Aero Space Industry. Jonell's life long career as an accountant for North American-Rockwell/Boeing Aerospace where she was instrumental in maintaining the financial records for the Space Shuttle program job soon became her passion. During her career, Jonell received many company awards and retired with high regards from her peers. She had a job that she was very proud of and loved.

Jonell returned to Silver City, NM in 2000 along with three of her four children and their families allowing Jonell to be surrounded by family and childhood friends.

During her time in Silver City, Jonell enjoyed the local beauty and wildlife. In addition, she happily supported the Tyrone Volunteer Fire Department as an Auxiliary Member for several years. Jonell enjoyed day trips around Grant County and surrounding areas.

In 2014, Jonell moved to Fort Mohave, AZ with her daughter Dawn Holladay.

During her final days, Jonell was surrounded by lots of family, friends and her loving and faithful dogs.

Jonell is survived by her children Wade Holladay, Dawn Holladay, La Rea Henderson and Melecia Rael. Her grandchildren Jared Rael, Christopher Tom, Jason Tom, Jaclyn Santos, Justin Santos, Zachery Tom, Austin Tom, Tyler Holladay and Alyssa Holladay. And her great grandchildren, Cameron Tom, Amaya Santos, Bella Santos, Bailey Holladay and Hunter Tom. Along with her sisters Joanne Cross, Billie Zufelt, Wanda Haering and Johnnie Marie Taylor.

Jonell was proceeded in death by her parents, Clara Woodward and John Taylor, her husband Stanley "Corky" Holladay, her daughter Debra Tom, Grandson Tanner Tom, and Great Grand-Daughter, Isabella Tom.
